3 A special cocktail welcomes you as we transport you to our New York themed Miracle on 34th Street Christmas Party. During your beautifully prepared three course festive dinner, there will be plenty of live entertainment. We aren t giving too much information away this year as we want it to be a surprise. Those of you who have been to our Christmas Parties before will know how much entertainment we lay on and for those who ve never been, trust us, you will be in for a great night! After dinner, the Games Marquee opens. The Marquee is packed full of games, amusements, entertainment and photo opportunities. We have a Fun Casino, Rocking Rudolph, Sumo Santas, Snowboard Simulator, Virtual Reality Downhill Skiing, Giant Games and much, much more and of course... The Dodgems*! With its own bar, the Games Marquee is the place to be for those who just want to have fun. Back in the main room is where the party people strut their stuff. Our resident DJ will entice you to the dancefloor with a brilliant selection of music, spectacular lighting and lasers. 10 Frequently Asked Questions What is the minimum number required for booking? We don t have a minimum number, but groups of less than 8 people may be on a shared table. Can we add people at a later date? Yes you can add people later, but remember some nights sell out quite quickly. Where will my pre-ordered drinks be? Your pre-ordered drinks will be waiting for you at your table. Can I set-up a bar tab or buy drinks vouchers? Unfortunately you can t set up a bar tab however drinks vouchers can be arranged through the office prior to your booked night however drinks vouchers are only valid for the night you have booked for and are non refundable / non transferable. Do the bars accept cards? Our bars take both cash and credit / debit cards. Can we bring our own drinks? Only drinks purchased at Heart of England Conference & Events Centre can be consumed on the premises. If any drinks are found being brought into the venue, these will be confiscated and not returned. Can all my party pay separately? Unfortunately not, payment is only accepted from the party organiser, individual cheques or payments will not be accepted. What should I wear? The dress code is smart party wear, dress to impress! Strictly no sportswear, trainers, t-shirts or jeans. One of my party has a food allergy or a special dietary requirement, what do I do? We can accommodate most special requirements. We just need to know before you arrive to avoid any delays. It s always best to discuss your needs with one of our team when you book. Late requests may not be able to be accommodated. Can I leave my car overnight? Yes you can leave your car overnight, but all cars must be collected between 9am and 12 noon the day after your party. Is there an age restriction? Our events are for everyone over the age of 16 however we request that we are made aware of any under 18 s attending with your group to comply with ous alcohol licensing policy. When do I get my tickets? Our events are ticket-less, and your party will be shown their seats by our event hosts. Where can I stay? We have a small amount of rooms here on-site, these get booked early so don t delay if you want to stay. These rooms must be paid for in full at the time of booking. There are also several hotels nearby where you can stay, these include the Manor Hotel, Meriden who we recommend. Can I bring gifts / secret Santa? Unfortunately not, if you arrive with wrapped gifts, we will hold them for you until you leave at the end of the night but none are permitted into the centre.

11 Where will my table be situated? We use the main Birchley suite and the Chestnut suite balcony, your table could be in either of these spaces. If anyone in your group has mobility issues please let us know as the chestnut suite is upstairs. If your party has less than 10 guests, you may be on a shared table. When should I book my taxi home? We recommend booking you taxi home before you come. The event finishes at 1am with the venue closing at 1.30am, it can be very difficult to arrange on the night. Fantastic Christmas night worth every penny, brilliant atmosphere, entertainment, staff friendly and helpful, food yummy, well done, you have finally got me feeling festive Went to one of the Christmas Do s last night. I can honestly say it was the best Christmas Do I have ever been on. Absolutely brilliant!!!! Food was hot, prompt and good. Entertainment was fab - from the dancing, bucking reindeer to the dodgems.
