14 AMAZING LOCATION Villa Laetitia This historic residence, owned by the Fendi family for generations, was built in 1911 by the Roman architect Armando Brasini. It is located on Lungotevere delle Armi and more specifically in the Della Vittoria area, in the center of Rome. As well as providing a beautiful and refined setting, Villa Laetitia is also incredibly welcoming and cosy and that is its added value.
