2 ABOUT US OMG its gluten free! began in 2004 in a small kitchen in the suburbs with big ideas to introduce tasty, gourmet and appealing gluten free products to the cake cabinet. Back then, there was only a small range of products that coeliacs and other allergy customers could choose from. Now, the rest is history! We are one of Brisbane s leading gourmet gluten free manufacturers, a family owned business based in Queensland. With such a tempting array of gluten free treats available, OMG its gluten free! are proud to satisfy the cravings of coeliacs and those who are keen to avoid gluten in their diets. We insist that all our products have the Wow Taste factor for everyone to enjoy. Products are handcrafted with consistent quality gourmet ingredients. All our products are produced in a 100% gluten free environment, in a registered licensed kitchen. We provide easy ordering and give you the confidence of tracking deliveries to your destination. All ingredients are sourced locally first where possible. New products are introduced to the range regularly. Established business since Member of the Coeliac Society Queensland. All products are frozen fresh for convenience (Production Date on box). TASTING BOX We are happy to arrange a Tasting Box* of all our products for you to taste test with your customers, family and friends, and let them be the judge. Boxes (Cakes/Slices) Location 3 Within 12km radius of Brisbane City 4 Outside 12km radius of Brisbane City 6 Outside of Brisbane, delivery by Courier Service. Contact us for Interstate orders. Orders outside of Brisbane must have a 14 day Credit Account (subject to approval). Alternatively, payment may be made in advance by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer). Stock will be delivered once a copy of the bank remittance advice is ed to info@omgglutenfree.com.au and is received before 3pm for next day delivery. ACCOUNTS All accounts are COD (Cash On Delivery) until a Credit Application has been completed and approved. Approved accounts are strictly 14 days. Defrost and store below <5 C (all products). From frozen to cake cabinet - 2 to 3 hours or overnight in cake cabinet. Store and display our products on the top shelf, using separate tongs or cake serving instruments. A great idea is to have red tape or red handled tongs for gluten free products, to avoid cross contamination. When removing cakes/slices from boxes, fully opening the front and side of the box will reduce any damage to product.
