ORDERS All platters, combinations & minimums are fixed and CANNOT be Changed. Orders must be placed by 10am 2 days before pick up. e.g. if you require platters for Friday you must book and pay by 10am Wednesday. BOOKINGS You must complete the attached booking form with your payment. There is a 20% surcharge on Sundays and Public Holidays. PAYMENT Full payment is required at time of booking. Payment can be made by Cash, EFTPOS, or Credit Card accompanied by a completed authorisation form. DELIVERY Delivery is not available. All platters and foods must be collected from Lee Rowan s during business hours. (8am 4pm daily. Collection time by arrangement) 1

Gardenia Sandwich Platters We have a range of fillings to suit all tastes, all garnished and beautifully presented on platters. Made on a mix of freshly baked schiacciata bread & wraps. Each sandwich wrap is quartered. All platters contain a wide variety of combinations.
