6 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Order Placement- The desired notice period for catering orders is 48 prior to the function, however orders can be placed up until 9am each day (depending on size and requirements ). Coffee and Tea Orders- To be placed with HCC Bookings Team- please refer to details below. Cancellation Charges- Will apply when costs have been incurred in regard to food, labour or other services. Any cancellation on day of the function will incur full charges.
