10 Ordering Etiquette Delivery Delivery is free given that the drop-off location is within 1km radius of Father John Cafe. Customers are also free to collect the catering from the cafe. Father John Cafe will make deliveries on Mon Fri between 7am 4pm. Deposits For orders over $300 we require a non-refundable deposit of 20% which will cover costs of goods and labour time. Payments Payment has to be finalised within 7 days of receiving catering. Upon paying invoice, please attach your invoice number so we can keep track of payments. Catering Trays If catering trays are not returned after use, we will send an invoice for the price of the trays ($20/tray). Cancellations Orders that are cancelled within 24 hours of agreed delivery date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order. If the order is cancelled outside of this 24-hour window, then the customer will forfeit their 20% deposit.
