Please follow the simple steps below to set up your personal user account on UnitedScrip s secure online ordering site, NOW, YOU CAN BEGIN MAKING EVERY PURCHASE COUNT FOR YOUR ORGANIZATION! Group/School Name: Group ID: Scrip Coordinator: Contact or Phone: CREATING A NEW USER ACCOUNT Go to and click on New User. Create your Account by entering a User Name, Password, and enter a valid Address. This address is used to send confirmation of orders. Enter your Contact Information. Please be sure to include your full address and phone number where you may be reached for clarification of your order if needed. After registering, you will be prompted to provide an Organization ID. Please enter the following Group ID: If you are paying by personal banking account, please go to the payment option page on the flyer and follow the instructions to set up your banking information. (It takes 3 5 business days to verify your account). If you will be paying by Credit Card, you may place an order now! If you are registering as a Supporter for an individual, please obtain his or her registered address. From the Menu Bar go to My Zone I Support Zone, and enter the individual s address. Your orders will benefit the individual s school, group, or personal account. PLACING AN INDIVIDUAL ORDER To place a New Order, login to From the Home Page follow link Start a New Order. With each New Order, you will: Select your Group/Organization Select your Team within the Organization Select your Payment Method Select your ordering method and add your gift cards to your shopping cart. CHECK OUT PROCESS AND SHIPPING From your Shopping Cart, click on the Check Out button, Follow prompts for Shipping Method, Payment and Address Confirmation, then Place your Order'. 11 PAYMENT OPTION 1 PAYMENT WITH ScripPayment GATEWAY UnitedScrip works with Payment Gateway, a National Provider of secure, online payment systems, The Federal Reserve, and your banking institution to provide this service. UnitedScrip s easy and convenient online order and payment option for your family is available anytime day or night from the convenience of your own home. UnitedScrip will electronically accept your payment on behalf of your nonprofit organization. Getting set up is easy. Simply login to and click on: My ScripPayment Gateway Center to (Begin the Applications Process) Complete Account Information indicating Account Type (Savings or Checking) Create your Pin Accept the Terms and Conditions and you are on your way to a secure payment option for your Scrip orders. The progress of your application can be noted from the Home Page of your site. My ScripPayment Gateway Center (Processing Application) Once you submit the Banking Information required, our Gateway will verify your accounts by depositing a small amount INTO your account. This process requires 3 5 business days. If you bank online, check your bank account or statement for the transaction and note the amount deposited. Amounts will vary with each verification process. Once the deposit is confirmed by the Gateway, your status will change on the Homepage. My ScripPayment Gateway Center (Waiting for Your Approval) Click on the link and note the exact amount deposited into your account. Enter the amount deposited into your account and click Approve echeck. You are now approved to electronically process payment for your Scrip Orders. Please note that by approving and establishing this account you understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions of A $0.50 fee is added to your total order and processed with each payment. This charge applies to the entire order transaction, not to each individual card ordered. I authorize UnitedScrip to electronically transfer funds from my account for payments due. We reserve the right to hold your order until payment is verified. PAYMENT OPTION 2 PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARDS (VISA OR MASTERCARD ONLY) If you are paying with a Credit Card, please complete and confirm Billing and Shipping Information and fill in the necessary Credit Card information. Please note: Payment with a Credit Card reduces the potential profit generated from by 2% 3%. You will be unable to order any gift card with a ScripReward of 3% or lower. (i.e., gas cards).
