3 CREPE COMBINATION PRICING Our crepes are always all-you-can-eat Prices are as listed below. We require a signed contract and a 50% deposit at the time of booking. How many crepes can each of my guests have? During the time we are serving at your event, your guests can enjoy as many crepes as they d like. When do I need to let you know my final guest count? We require a final guest count 5 days before the time of your event When do I need to let you know my menu selections? We will require your menu checklist to be submitted with your signed contract and deposit unless other arrangements have been made. Will I be charged if more guests show up? You will be charged for each guest that dines. Extra or additional dining charges for unplanned attendance will be added to the final bill amount. 3 of 5

4 How long is set up and clean up for my crepe station? Our chefs will arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to service time to begin setting up. Clean up time will also be around 30 minutes. Can I have the chef serving for less than two hours? You may have the chef at your event for less than two hours, however you will be charged for the full two hours of service. Can I decide on the day of the event to keep the chef serving longer? Depending on our scheduled events for that day, your chef may or may not be able to stay for an extended period of time. Please ask your chef 30 min prior to the end of your event if additional time is possible. We charge $25 per half hour for each working chef. Can we have a sit down dinner with a server present? Absolutely, however this is recommended for parties of 30 or less. How much space will you need for your set up? We require a 10 x 10 space for each crepe station. Additional space may be needed for beverage or salad service stations. Do you require electricity? We do not require electricity for an outdoor set up. If your event requires an indoor set up, we may need at least two outlets on separate circuits (we require 13 amps from each outlet). We will provide 50 ft extension cords to reach the outlets. Do I have to decide on indoor or outdoor before the time of my event? Because we use both propane and electric burners depending on wether we are indoors or outdoors, we will need to decide on the location of your crepe station in advance. Do you provide lighting for the crepe station? We do not provide lighting for our crepe stations. Please be sure that the location is in an area well lit enough for our chef to cook safely, and to safely serve your guests. What do I need to provide? We recommend you provide a trash can for used plates, cutlery and napkins. Can I provide additional crepe fillings for your chef? We are not able to use additional crepe fillings provided by guests. Because we are a licensed and insured catering company, all food that we serve must be provided by us. However, if you would like to request any additional fillings, please let us know and we will provide you with a quote. 4 of 5

5 Do you offer gluten free options? Yes We do offer gluten free crepes. This option is an additional $10 per batch of crepe batter. Each batch serves up to 8 people.
