2 GRADUATION 2016: Saturday, June 11 th Seniors line up at 9:00 a.m. in the Field House Graduation 10:00 Rux Stadium Should inclement weather make it necessary to postpone the ceremony for a few hours, this information will be posted on the website and would also be obtained by calling and then press #6.

3 GRADUATION 2016: SATURDAY, JUNE 11 TH The weather forecasted for Saturday is high 80 s low 90 s. We will not be running golf carts this year; therefore, to provide greater access to families to enjoy graduation, we will continue to offer the Oconomowoc Arts Center as a live viewing option. In this setting, guests will be able to enjoy the graduation ceremony projected live on a large viewing screen from the comfort of air conditioning and cushioned seats. For guests with mobility needs, the OAC offers spaces for motorized chairs and wheelchairs, and vehicles can drop off guests right at the doors in the circle drive adjacent to the lobby. The OAC will be open for seating at 9:00 am. Please consider which guests in your party would prefer to watch the ceremony from the Athletic Stadium and which guests would prefer to watch the ceremony streaming live in the OAC. 4 ATTENTION ALL GIRLS TRACK AND FIELD ATHLETES: Please turn in your uniform to Mr. Z s room (121) by Thursday, June 9th. If your uniform is not returned in time, you will be assessed a fine. If you have any questions please see Coach Z.

5 CLEAN OUT LOCKERS AND REMOVE LOCKS: Please remember to clean out your lockers and remove your lock before the last day of school.

6 HEALTH ROOM MEDICATIONS: Any students that have medications in the health room need to be sure to pick them up before the end of the school year. All students before Thursday, June 9, 2016.

7 YEARBOOKS! If you missed the deadline to order a yearbook, your next opportunity will be August 10 th at material pick up day. The extra yearbooks will be sold on a first come basis for $67. There will be no waiting list.

8 LOST AND FOUND: Please stop at the main office/switchboard and check for any lost or missing items. Any items not claimed by Thursday, June 9 th will be donated.

10 REMINDER: All students must return their Chromebook, power cord, and sleeve to the OHS library. When: June 8 th 7-3:00 June 9 from 7:00-1:00 (there will be several stations to check-in the devices (i.e. devices in good condition, devices needing repairs, missing equipment) Family Access Accounts will be charged $250 for Chromebooks not returned

13 HONOR ROLL CERTIFICATES: Term 3 Honor Roll Certificates are now available at the main office/switchboard. High Honor is 3.7 and above and Honor is GPA.

14 PRIDE SCHEDULE: Term 2 has begun with our new pride schedule

15 BREAKFAST CART: We have a breakfast cart being run by Phillip & Brady. The hours are 7 a.m.-8:30 a.m. Monday-Friday. They are serving all sorts of pastries, coffee, bagels, granola bars, fruit cups & yogurt parfaits.

19 PARKING SIGN IN: If you do not have a parking permit, you are allowed to park up to 5 times free during the 1 st Semester which ends January 22 nd and an additional 5 free times during the 2 nd Semester. You MUST sign your vehicle in on the clipboard at the switchboard if you do not have a Permit.

20 Please only use the locker that has been assigned to you. If you are unsure of your assignment, feel free to stop by the main office/switchboard to find out your locker number. Also please only use DISTRICT ISSUED LOCKS OR YOUR LOCK WILL BE CUT OFF.

2014-15 YEARBOOKS: If you purchased a 2014-15 Yearbook and did not pick it up at
