2 OUR PHILOSOPHY The Last Piece is not only an established café at Waverley Park, Mulgrave, but also offers an extensive in-house catering menu for the surrounding local businesses, Last Piece can cater for all corporate needs whether it be seminars, conferences, product launches and workshops for all times of the day/night. If your office space isn t big enough for your event, The Last Piece also offers various function spaces for up to 200 people. Each tray feeds between 4-6 people, unfortunately our pizza is only available certain days of the week, please enquire within. 7 ADDITIONAL OPTIONS Add these options to your event with a range of eye-catching displays that add character and make your event stand out from the rest. MOBILE PIZZA $POA Our fully self contained mobile pizzeria arrives approximately two hours prior to the event to allow us to set up and get the fire started, we begin with entrées once the guests arrive, move into mains and finish off with delicious desserts, we also box pizzas at the end of the night for your guests to take home! We offer a personal pizza chef along with a professional waiter to create an enjoyable and stress free experience for the guests and the hosts! We can circulate the pizzas to your guests, or set up a well-presented and elegant buffet style table. The service involves three hours of unlimited pizzas to be chosen from our menu, this includes both traditional and gourmet selections.. ANTIPASTO TABLE $10 pp Cold meats, imported cheeses and cold delicacies, all meats are sliced fresh before the event and presented neatly, as well as slicing to demand in order to keep the station stocked throughout the event OYSTER BAR $8 pp A selection of fresh oysters served natural with condiments as well as a selection of baked oysters, either kilpatrick or mornay depending on your preference SEAFOOD BAR $MP A selection of market fresh fish, served cold & hot with matching condiments LOLLY STATION $5 pp A colorful display of lollies that can be presented in theme with your event, which your guests can enjoy throughout the event & then be used for lolly bags at the end GELATI CART $POA A gelati cart that offers a range of exciting flavours for your guest DESSERT TABLE $10.PP A selection of seasonal tarts, local and international delicacies, fresh fruits & chocolates BEVERAGE PACKAGES Contact us for an enquiry about serving beverages, and we will run you through the details. 8 All orders will be invoiced after the catering is delivered, and payment must be made within 7 days. Must be at least 24 hours notice (if under 24 hours some items might not be available). All equipment not returned to The Last Piece including all ceramics and cutlery will be charged at cost. Minimum numbers apply to some items, and time constraints may apply. A delivery fee may be charged, depending area location. We reserve the right to alter menu, if outside circumstances dictate. 8
