2 WELCOME At The Last Piece we strive to deliver your perfect function, by meeting all of the event needs and requirements. We do this while working by our philosophy to offer healthy eating and boasting the freshest produce. We are happy to cater to all guests with special dietary requirements. We promise to provide guest satisfaction while offering the highest levels of customer service and ethic. The Last Piece Waverley offers several function spaces to cater for any event. Our outdoor balcony is the perfect start to your function, commencing with r pre-dinner drinks and canapés before moving inside. Host your function in our private room upstairs for a group of a maximum 60 people, or for larger groups, our larger private area that overlooks the Hawthorn training oval would be the ideal space for your function (maximum 150 guests), or hire the whole restaurant for those large events where all of your family and friends are invited (max. 250 guests). The Last Piece Oakleigh, the smaller of the two restaurants that overlooks the bustling and diverse Eaton Mall, can offer a semi private space that can cater for a groups of max. 40 people. Alternatively, we can offer the whole venue for a canape style event (max.120 guests).

ANTI PASTO TABLE $12.5 PER PERSON Cold meats, imported cheeses and cold delicacies, all meats are sliced fresh before the event and presented neatly, as well as slicing to demand in order to keep the station stocked throughout the event. LOLLY STATION $8 PER PERSON ( min. 25 people) A colorful display of lollies that can be presented in theme with your event, which your guests can enjoy throughout the event & then be used for lolly bags at the end. GELATI CART (POA) A gelato cart that offers a range of exciting ﬂavors for your guest. LINEN All functions are set with kraft table paper & white linen napkins. If you would like to create a more formal setting, we can organise white crisp linen tablecloths at the low cost of $2 per person applies. P

8 TERMS AND AGREEMENTS Functions can be held at breakfast, lunch, afternoon or dinner with most functions running for duration of 4-5 hours, finishing time to be no later than 12.00am (due to liquor licensing). AUDIO AND VISUAL We can provide a projector in both our mezzanine and downstairs area, the use of our plasma TV in our mezzanine area and also use of our in house ipod, CD stereo system & PA system is available (conditions apply). We at The Last Piece offers this free service, however we do not take any responsibility in any malfuctions or problems that occur when connecting your data, music or images to our system. DJS AND LIVE MUSIC We allow DJ s and live music for most events however special requirements are to be adhered to, music must be played at a reasonable volume and song choices must be considerate to the other diners in the restaurant. Please speak with us further as there may be some restrictions on sound levels and timing. CAKEAGE We do allow for you to bring your own cake although a charge of $30 (or $2 per person, whichever is less). This includes the service of your cake. CONDITIONS AND BOOKING TERMS A condition of $250 deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total amount. During the Christmas period, a $500 deposit is required and 30 days cancellation notice. Final numbers for catering and persons must be confirmed 7 days prior your function date, unfortunately no reductions in numbers will be accepted after confirmation of numbers. All food will be invoiced with payment required in advance. CANCELLATIONS POLICY Your deposit is completely refundable with 45 days or more notification of cancellation. If notification of cancellation is received between 45 to 14 days prior to the function date, half the deposit is refundable. If less than 14 days notice is received for cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. PROPERTY DAMAGE The clients are financially responsible for any damage sustained to our premises during the function including audio and equipment. RESPONSIBILITY The Last Piece does not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise or the personal property left at the restaurant by any person prior to, or after the function. FOOD & BEVERAGE No food or beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought onto the premises for consumption at the function by the organiser or any of the organiser s guests, without prior approval of the The Last Piece with the exception of one celebration cake.
