14 Order and Delivery PLACING OF ORDERS Kindly send your orders to Phone: Our catering and event services team can be reached at , Monday to Friday between 9am to 6pm To guarantee delivery of your orders, please ensure it is placed (3) THREE working days (except Sat, Sun & public holiday) prior to your event/delivery date and no later than 3pm. Upon receipt of your orders, a confirmation will be sent to you. MODES OF PAYMENT Option 1 - Cash upon delivery Option 2 - Credit card (offline charge) CANCELLATION POLICY If a cancellation is made within 48 hours or less of the event/delivery date, a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the total bill will be applied. If a cancellation is made within 24 hours or less of the event/delivery date, the amount of the total bill will be charged in full. DELIVERIES A minimum order of $100/trip (before prevailing government taxes) is required for our delivery services, with applicable transportation charge at $50+/trip.
