7 Allergies In order to protect you and your guests, please check dietary restrictions and allergy information for all your participants. We can accommodate most special requests, but we may require extra time adjust our recipes, and source special ingredients. Dietary Preferences GF - Gluten "Friendly" - made without gluten, but in an kitchen where other gluten foods are prepared and cross-contamination is possible. GF* - original recipe contains ingredients that contain gluten, but can be substituted with similar non-gluten ones, upon request. V - Vegetarian V* - original recipe can be adjusted to vegetarian option upon request. VV - Vegan VV* - original recipe can be adjusted to vegan option upon request. Capsicum Catering and Hotel BLU are not gluten-free or vegetarian/vegan environments and can take no responsibility should cross-contamination occur between foods. This menu is offered to assist you with your dietary needs and concerns, but you must be aware that cross-contamination can occur, so please consider this information seriously. Update your Menu We are constantly developing new recipes, adapting and improving old favourites and introducing new items to our menu. Please ask if there is a newer, updated copy of your menu. Also, due to constant fluctuations and changes of the prices of food ingredients, we might be forced to change our prices without further notice. Having updated menu with current prices will save you and us of any unpleasant surprises. Order Deadline Please consider 48 hours notice for all your orders. A rush order charge may be applicable for shorter notice. Order Cancellation Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for the cancellation of your order, to avoid a late cancellation fee. Other Fees and Charges There are no delivery fees for all events taking place in the Hotel BLU Vancouver. All prices are subject to 18% Gratuity and 5% Sales tax.
