9 Guarantees Your final guarantee of attendance is due 14 days prior to your event. At this point it is possible to increase the guest count but not reduce the number below your final guaranteed count. If guests exceed the guarantee, appropriate charges will be incurred. Service Charge and Sales Tax A 15% taxable service charge and applicable sales tax will be added to all food and beverage charges. Menu Tasting Once a contract is signed, we will be delighted to set a time for a menu tasting. Please ask your Event Coordinator for availability. Room Equipment & Decor Our banquet facility is equipped with tables and chairs. Includes your choice of standard floor length linens and napkins, table settings include china, silverware and glassware. Please note that our customers may enhance the banquet facility with their own décor pieces (flowers, centerpieces, etc.) and may also supply their own rental linens. Setup Time Allocated setup time is 2 hours prior to the start of your event. Onsite Ceremonies Onsite ceremonies are permitted. Additional fees may apply depending on equipment and setup required.
