2 Congratulations on your recent engagement! Although this is one of the most exciting phases of life, it can also be very overwhelming. As a seasoned team member of the Hospitality Industry, in combination with my passion for special events; I am committed to helping you with decisions related to your wedding reception. This is your big day, to execute the dreams and wishes you have been harboring for quite some time. I will be here to help in planning your reception in any way I am able. Our Packages: Our packages are titled The Classic Package The Timeless Package and The Elegance Package. It is worth mentioning that what is listed in the package is not your only option. We will be happy to work with you to customize these packages so they fit your ideas and plans for your wedding day. Package Pricing: All prices are subject to 20% administrative fee and 7.5% NYS sales tax Payment Plans: We will be happy to hold a date for up to one week. If another group is interested in the space within this time and would like to provide us with payment on the spot, we will require a decision from you within 24 hours of us calling you to inform you of the other offer. We require $1,000 deposit to and a signed contract should you decide to book you reception with us, and we take a second deposit six months before your reception. Ceremony Space: Attached to the Ball Room is a terrace approximately 70 ft in length and just under 20 feet in width. We can accommodate up to 160 in this area for ceremonies. The view is spectacular from this point! We have an indoor space available as well, should the weather not cooperate. If you would like a list of alternative nearby ceremony spots we would be happy to share with you those we have discovered. We currently charge a $500 ceremony fee which includes the set-up and removal of equipment and decorations. The ceremony time does not count towards the allotted 5-6 hours included in the reception packages. Site Fee: Our site fee May-October is $1,000 and includes your guest tables, DJ table, cake table, gift table, head table, guest book table, table linens (with color options), china, flatware, glassware, centerpiece items, decorative colored up-lighting, 18 x 21 dance floor, chiavari chairs, ceremony chairs (if needed), two golf carts for taking photos on the course, and use of our 1,200 sq. ft. outdoor terrace. Please inquire about off-season rates if your wedding is not being held within these months. Cake & Desserts: You may bring in a cake and other desserts from any licensed baker of your choice. We do have a list of preferred vendors we enjoy working with, which we will be happy to share with you should you book your reception with us. We do not charge a cake cutting fee at this time. Shuttle Service: We do have several lodging options within five miles or less of the Clubhouse and several of them do offer shuttle service. We would be happy to provide you with a list of these businesses. Centerpieces: In general it is the responsibility of the group reserving the space to provide centerpieces. We do have some accents such as vases and votive holders which we will be happy to loan you for no cost. Place Cards: It is the responsibility of the group reserving the space to provide place cards or escort cards for all of their guests. We will receive these from you the week before your reception when you drop off all decoration items. Please have them in alphabetical order with the dinner selection clearly labeled.
