We have been reviewing how we can best support our independent stockists and help the growth of your businesses in Spring/Summer Below we outline our key strategy in this area: 1. Introduction of new lines to our wholesale business We know that newness drives sales, so we are pleased to announce we have over 30 new lines launching for the first time to our stockists. These include our bestselling Vegetable Garden, Garden Birds and our new Pink Pansy. 2. Continued investment in editorial marketing and brand positioning This is of vital importance to sustaining sales and interest in the Emma Bridgewater brand. We actively invest in editorial marketing such as coverage in Country Living, You Magazine and Good Housekeeping, which supports the aspirational and premium positioning of our brand and drives interest in the products that you stock. 3. Requirement for Online Approval We care deeply about how the Emma Bridgewater brand is presented and keep a close eye on this across our own marketing material, stockists activity and on social media. It is critical to the brand s continued success, we have decided that from the 15th January 2018 all stockists wishing to trade or present the Emma Bridgewater brand online must seek written approval from us in advance. On Monday the 6th of November you will receive an with a link to a simple online form, to request your Online Approval. 4. Feedback from Our Stockists Finally, we are keen to improve our understanding of our stockists businesses and find out how we can improve our service to you. We would like to invite all stockists to complete our first annual stockist survey a link to this survey will be sent by on Monday 6th November. We strongly encourage all stockists to participate - we are all ears and keen to hear both the positives and negatives.
