1 MAXIMUM LIMITS AND RECOMMENDED PERIOD FOR DECIDUOUS FRUIT INTENDED FOR PROCESSING PURPOSES Information contained on these pages regarding restricted use of crop protection chemicals confirmed to be used by industry has been compiled from information presently available and is provided as guidance to industry. The Canning Fruit Producers' Association can however, not accept any liability for its accuracy or content and users who rely on this information do so at their own risk. It is recorded that the producer must, however, follow the instructions and or directions of use as prescribed by the suppliers of the chemicals. The Canning Fruit Producers' Association shall in no way whatsoever be liable in regard of any claims by a producer resulting from and the use of the chemicals as recommended in terms hereof and/or the incorrect prescriptions and/or application of the chemicals. The Canning Fruit Industry will be using the Hearshaw and Kinnes Analytical Laboratory (Pty) Ltd in Cape Town for analysing purposes. Please note that this list only applies to products registered under Act 36 of 1947 for specific applications. The list is based on the most stringent EU and SA standards.
