We start Powerhouse Fall Menu

2 with fresh beets and organic lentils then add interest and intrigue with citrus & fresh mint. Topped with bold flavors of our sweet potato fries & Suzette dressed Kale plus our famous Spicy Dipping Sauce. Full of flavor! Stuffed Pepper with Roasted Roots (red or yellow pepper stuffed with wild rice simmered in our home-made Sofrito, peppers, onions, fresh thyme, sage & soft garlic notes. Then we sprinkle in garbanzos for extra protein. The side includes a variety of roasted roots including Brussels, potatoes, carrots and/or beets seasoned with our Fennel Fling Spice & Himalayan sea salt. Apple Berry Crisp blend of fresh apples, strawberries, blueberries & blackberries lightly sweetened with organic coconut sugar, citrus notes and a touch of extra virgin coconut oil all nestled in gluten free oats makes this a super yum, Powerhouse all time favorite. 3 Paleo Friendly $9.90-$12.90 Loaded Lasagna Layers of roasted zucchini, summer squash & mushrooms, our homemade Sofrito and the leanest ground beef then topped with 3 kinds of cheese including our special P-H-B cheese. This one is low carb without skimping a bit on satisfying flavor. Street Taco (Pork/Beef) Flavors of Texas all nestled into super lean beef or slow roasted pork, black beans and grilled peppers along with fresh cilantro and lime wedge. Gluten free corn tortillas served on the side. Chicken Enchilada Lean & juicy chicken breast shredded and drenched in our own green enchilada sauce with layers of corn tortillas, Jack cheese, peppers, onions and our secret recipe P-H-B cheese. Quinoa, Kale & Chicken Salad For our perfectly seasoned organic red quinoa, we start with the Powerhouse Quinoa spice, then add Ginger Lime dressing and a few other toss-ins to make it irresistible. Then we add dressed kale and rosemary marinated chicken breast to make this a favorite of our athletes looking for lean & mean nutrition. The Real Deal As close to mom s spaghetti as you can get and still call it healthy! We start with gluten free high protein pasta then take our time making the homemade sauce using lean ground turkey. Breakfast-yum French Toast/Pancakes/Donuts Just because Powerhouse is a dedicated gluten free kitchen doesn t mean we will skimp on breakfast! We use our day-old bread to whip up amazing french toast. Plus we found a wonderful way to make pancakes using the newest Casava flour that make them so soft and fluffy, you might accidentally call them Flap-Jacks! And then there are donuts. ahhhh. Paleo or Vegan. You gotta try these decedent treats. You will be hard pressed to find a donut that tastes as good as Jeni s creation! Keto Friendly We pull out all the carbs from starches and keep just the nutrient rich veggies behind, keeping overall carbs at 12g or below. Then we push the protein level up to 35g, throw some extra mighty seeds in to build up the fats and you have your meal covered.
