We have most cultivation under control right from the stage of seed selection and we do work with the support of agronomists. Certificates We appreciate most what is natural, therefore, we use only top quality raw materials for production. Fruit and vegetables from which the products are created are not genetically modified we demand certificates or Non-GMO statements from the suppliers. The whole production process is closely covered by the implemented and certified Food Safety System (FSSC 22000), which encompasses every stage of production, from raw material control at the supplier s end, to control of the final product. We have implemented a BIO certificate authorizing us to produce environmentally-friendly goods. There is also a possibility of production according to halal and kosher requirements. Raw materials

Thanks to proper parameters, it allows very high levels of nutritional components to be preserved in the final product. In the rehydration process, products regain the natural texture, flavour and aroma typical of the raw material used. Controlled at every stage of production, from the raw material to the final goods. * MIRVAC infusion is the enrichment of the final product with high quality functional ingredients (e.g.: fibre, inulin, vitamins, juice concentrates, honey, etc.) to give it specific properties and enrich the nutritional value. 10 SPRAY DRYING TECHNOLOGY This makes it possible to obtain microbiologically clean and easy-to-apply powdered products produced from liquid thickened juice, concentrate or other wet raw materials. Solutions are sprayed by means of a spray disk, while drying is effected by immediate evaporation of water with the use of hot air. The final product is microencapsulated, therefore releases its aroma only after being submerged in water. MIRVAC DRYING We provide the drying service on the basis of an individual agreement with the client, always delivering crispy premium quality products, with natural looks, intensive aroma and the flavour of fresh fruit/vegetables, and easy in dispensing. SPRAY DRYING WITH THE USE OF NOZZLES We use this technology to dry various types of concentrates, aromas, pureé, extracts, TO THE FORM OF POWDER. SPRAY DRIED products are microencapsulated and their aroma is released only after they have been submerged in water.
