2 INTRODUCTION TO PRIME NUTS Prime Nuts was set up in 2014 with a state of the art faciities and a processing capacity of 20,000 MT/annum. The mission and vision of Prime Nuts is to provide heathy snacks and become a goba brand. High quaity peanuts, amonds, cashew, pistachios, hazenuts, braziian nuts, macadamia and seeds are procured directy from the farm. At Prime Nuts, sating/favoring and chocoate coating for a type of nuts are done after dry roasting/frying the nuts to get the perfect taste & coor. Vacuum or nitrogen fushed packing is done for a the products to ensure fresh taste and onger shef ife. The best state of the art machinery is used in processing these nuts, our strength being compete technica know-how and strict quaity adherence. 3 STATE OF THE ART MACHINERY SORTING MACHINE: Buher Sortex is a coor sorting machine focusing on removing the foreign materia and infected nuts. It can detect the infected nuts with the hep of X-ray and Laser technoogy. ROASTER: Woverine Proctor is an automated continuous roasting machine having a capacity of 5 MT/hr. It has a faciity of 2 stage roasting and then cooing which gives uniform roasting to our product.

4 STATE OF THE ART MACHINERY FRYER: Heat and Contro Fryer is an automated continuous fryer having a capacity of 1MT/hr. PACKING MACHINE: Six Rovema packing machines are instaed in our faciity with muti-head weigher that can pack from 20gm to 1kg integrated with a meta detector, runs at a speed of pouches/min with a perfect sea.

5 OUR PRODUCTS Amonds The amonds (Prunus amygdaus), are a species of tree native to the Midde East and South Asia. The amonds are a nutritionay dense food and is a rich source of vitamin E. They are aso rich in dietary fibre, B vitamins, essentia mineras such as magnesium, copper, manganese, cacium, and p o t a s s i u m a s w e a s monounsaturated fats, fats which potentiay may ower LDL choestero. CASHEWS T h e c a s h e w ( A n a c a r d i u m occidentae) is served as a snack or used in recipes, ike other nuts, athough it is actuay a seed. The fats and ois in cashew nuts are 54% monounsaturated fat (18:1), 18% poyunsaturated fat (18:2), and 16% saturated fat (9% pamitic acid (16:0) and 7% stearic acid (18:0). Cashews are a source of dietary trace mineras copper, manganese, magnesium and phosphorus.
