In other words, very good for your little one!! Carrot - Pureed carrots which are full of antioxidants as well as vitamins A, C, K and B8, pantothenic acid, folate, potassium, iron, coper and manganese. Plus all babies seem to love the taste! Mashed potato - Simply steamed and then mashed. These veg are a great source of energy for children and contain vitamins C and B6, potassium, copper, manganese, phosphorous, niacin and fibre. Mashed sweet potato - Sweet Potatoes are a great source of vitamin A as well as containing vitamins C, B1, B2 and B6, potassium, fibre, niacin and phosphorous Cauliflower & broccoli - A perfect match. Contains all the goodness of cauliflower as broccoli being the most concentrated source of vitamin C. The peppers also help support night vision!

2 Celeriac & potato - Celeriac is known for improving immunity, blood production, bone and heart health as well as dehydration. The distinctive flavour mixed with the milder potato with its health benefits makes this a healthy winner (C) Courgette & carrot - Courgette is full of potassium, Vitamin C & fibre. Mix it with the carrot for a sweet taste and it is a really nutritional dish Suitable from ages six to nine months up to 106! Parsnip & apple soup - Beautifully sweet, full of goodness & perfect for dipping bread in Tomato Soup - The childhood staple, add a little yogurt or cream for extra creaminess if your child likes it Mashy mushroom and cannellini paste - Get the mushroom and bean goodness into young children with this paste. Ideal in sandwiches, as a dip or on pasta! Macaroni cheese - Do I need to explain? Childhood favourite and the best comfort food ever. Grown ups are also rather partial (M) (G) Tomato sauce with Parsley & Basil - The sweet taste and vitamin C helps absorb the iron from the parsley while the basil helps develop those taste buds Sweet pepper sauce - Peppers, onions, tomatoes and iron rich parsley. Just full of goodness & tastes great on pasta. Or mashed potato. Or rice. Or couscous. Need I go on? Veggie risotto - Seasonal veg chopped into small pieces with this creamy rice. Just yum & full of all the good bits (M) Broccoli & cauliflower cheese - A bit more than the much loved cauliflower cheese dish and mashed slightly for younger mouths Mashed potato & Cheese bake - Full of carbs for energy and protein and calcium from the cheese. My own mini lentil loved this dish Ratatouille - Lots of different veg, pureed for younger children, to introduce new flavours. Add it to pasta, rice or the potato bake or on its own. Full of so many vitamins Spinach, potato & leek curry - A very mild flavour but a great introduction to the great curry. Has a small amount of garam masala and yoghurt (M)

3 Suitable from nine to twelve months upwards Mini minestrone soup with cheese - A tomato based soup with onions, garlic, tomatoes, beans, parsley & basil with small pasta shapes. Yum! (M) (G) Cheese straws - Made with cheddar, mixed nuts & wholemeal flour. Great on their own or used for dipping (M) (G) for six or 2.75 for 12 Spinach & ricotta pasta sauce - Just yum and full of spinach and protein goodness (M) Broccoli pasta sauce - A great way to get the broccoli goodness in without them knowing! Mouth after mouth of goodness (C) Veggie shepherd s pie - Lots of veg topped with mashed potato with a little bulgar wheat in for texture Barley stew - Seasonal veg & pearl barley soaking up the gorgeous flavours (C) Courgette, cauliflower & chickpea curry - A mild curry with chickpea goodness. Add to rice or couscous (N) Apple & raisin muffins Made with wholemeal flour and very little sugar. The sweetness comes from the apples & raisins! With or without raisins (C) (G) for six or 5.50 for 12 Toddlers upwards - the growing palette Beetroot & apple soup - Full of earthy goodness counteracted by the sweetness of the apple Bolognese sauce - Veggie mince & lentils, perfect for pasta. A tomato based sauce with garlic, basil & a few seasonal veg thrown in (E) (G) (M) (So) Veggie mince & lentil shepherd s pie - Exactly as it says, packed full of protein and iron (E) (G) (M) (So) Spinach & mushroom lasagne - Full of flavours and texture, great for the growing palette (E) (G) (M) Tomato & Mascarpone sauce - Perfect with pasta. Contains Honey (M)

4 Vegetable stew - Larger chunks of veg with potato. Add rice or pasta (or any other grain) to really fill it out if desired (G) (M) Leek, cheese & bread pudding - Think bread and butter pudding but savoury and with cheese, leeks and a touch of thyme. Ready cooked & can be eaten cold or reheated (E) (G) (M) Veggie chilli - A mild chilli with bean and veg goodness (V) Paneer curry - A mild curry with a creamy paneer cheese in bite size chunks based in a tomato sauce. Full of protein & a great starter for curry flavours (M) Please note that if you would like anything from the adult menu for your older children this can be accommodated in slightly smaller portion sizes If your dish arrives frozen and you think it is a little too much for a smaller tummy it will last a good few days in the fridge so they can have half a portion one day and wait a few days for the second portion if you wish.
