2 Nutrition and hydration is a vital part of your care in hospital. Eating well will help your body fight infection, replace lost nutrients, prevent weight loss and provide you with the energy to recover. Drinking adequate beverages is also important to ensure you stay well hydrated which will help improve your wellbeing. Here at Homerton University Hospital NHS Trust we bring you our menu in conjunction with our partner ISS Facility Services Healthcare. The Eat Well brand encompasses our simple philosophy that we want you to eat well while you are here in our hospital and we care that you have nutritious and appetising food and drinks.
