1 APPROVAL BY THE SECRETARY FOR THE SALE OF PRODUCTS Approval for the sale of products by number or linear or area measurement Acting under the power in subregulation 4.13(5) of the National Trade Measurement Regulations 2009 (Cth) (the Regulations) in force under the National Measurement Act 1960 (Cth) (the Act), for products otherwise not covered by the provisions of the Regulations, I hereby approve the sale of prepackaged product(s) as detailed in the attached schedule by number or linear or area measurement. The approval is subject to any conditions stated in the schedule. The approvals detailed in the schedule are effective immediately and revoke and replace any previous approvals of the Secretary acting under the Act and its Regulations in respect of the products detailed in the Schedule.
