Before entering, refer to General Information and Youth Rules. 2. Pre-entry by name only, not by exhibits. All entries must arrive at 4-H & FFA building between noon and 7 p.m. Mon., 8/21. Exhibits to be released between 8 and 10 a.m. Sun., 8/27. Fair and superintendents NOT responsible for any items left after that time. PREPARING EXHIBITS TO BE JUDGED 1. You will be given a label to complete; include the division, class and the complete common or botanical name. 2. Quality: Ripeness, Color, Size, Shape, Crisp, Firm, Free of insects and damage & Uniformity among the lot amounts. 3. Presentations: clean, cut appropriately & ready to display. We will have containers for you. 4. One entry per class; amounts will be listed, be sure to bring the right amount.
