1 2016 Garden & Farm Crop Exhibits Chairperson: Sarah Fannin, CEA for Ag & Natural Resources All exhibits are to be entered at the Fairgrounds from 4 PM - 6 PM on Tuesday, August 16. Judging will be Wednesday, August Exhibit shall be released & picked up on Friday, August 19 from 3:00 to 5:30 pm. 3. All must have been grown in Morgan County in this season by the exhibitor. They should be correctly named as to variety. The judge shall decide as to the eligibility of any entry in its class. Articles not classed correctly will receive no premiums. 4. Exhibitors may enter in as many classes as desired, but only one entry in a class. No entry can be shown for more than one premium and all entries must conform to the printed list. 5. Fair management will give care and protection for all exhibits, but will not be responsible for loss or damage. Some exhibits may not be returned if degraded beyond viable use. 6. All entries are to be fresh, clean & displayed on paper plate, identified by entry tag. 7. Decision of judges is final. 8.
