1 Agriculture Booth Display & Scarecrow There are no entry fees for Static Exhibits Age Categories for Open Class Exhibits are as follows: Adult 18 years & over Teen 7th grade to 12th grade Youth 1st grade to 6th grade Preschool up to Kindergarten Professional One who sells goods. Please no For Sale signs or business cards. GENERAL INFORMATION: Entries will be accepted only on Sunday, July 15 from 11a to 3p and on Monday, July 16 from 12 noon to 8pm. Entries will be released after 5:30p on Sunday July 22nd. Entries no picked up by July 23rd will be disposed of. The exhibitor name must be the person who raised the item. If the item is exhibited for another grower, the item will not be judged and will be for display only. Entries must have the exact number or amount per class and be labeled with a Fair-Approved Label. Other Varieties divisions will be judged according to Variety Standards. Number of specimens required for each class is indicated in parentheses () after each item. Judges will consider fruit as it is in growing season during our fair, as some produce can ripen later than others. Limit one entry per each class exhibitor. Agriculture, Booth Display, and Scarecrows are judged Tuesday July 17th in the morning. FAIR THEME: FUN FOR THE WHOLE HERD! Grange members should identify what grange they represent when filling out their entry form. Points will count towards All-Around-High-Point Grange Plaque. Hints for exhibiting Veggies and Fruits: True to type, similar in shape, size, and color Quality and condition, as free from blemishes as possible Leaves should be left on as requested and removed as requested Please do not peel onions Hints for Grains and Forage: All bundles must be stripped and be 2 in diameter All sheaves of hay or forage must be tied in 3 places and more than 2 in diameter of the butt end Judging will be based on length, leafiness, color, and suitability as feed Grasses and Legume, display fo 3 or more varieties Exhibits may be disqualified if rules are not followed.

Grange Booth Display Requirements: Granges wanting to enter a booth are requested to notify the Fair Office no later than 20 days prior to Fair Opening. Booths are to be completed by MONDAY, July end of day. Groups may start setting up on SATURDAY, July 14, The display must showcase Fair Theme (FUN FOR THE WHOLE HERD) in some way. Furthermore, the display must represent the community by way of crops, products, community activities or way of life. Artificial produce is highly discouraged, but if used, please follow fire codes. Due to growing season, products are not required to be groan by the group. However, if products start to spoil please replace them for the enjoyability of the Fair attendees. Granges having shown at previous Fair have priority, with spaces thereafter allocated on the basis of earliest entries received. Display must be a completely new design than previous years. No commercially labeled products will be permitted. All displays must be removed at the close of Fair, Monday July 23, Timely cleanup, including the removal of tape, staples, and debris is expected.
