ABOUT MANGO Mango has been a part of Indian life since time immemorial and is called the "King of fruits. Over 1500 varieties are grown in India and many are being cultivated commercially. The Indian mango is appreciated by knowledgeable fruit lovers all over the world. Indian Mangoes come in various shapes, sizes, colors with a wide variety of flavor, taste and aroma. Mangoes are a tropical fruit that have been grown in India for more than 4000 years. Mango trees are considered sacred in India. Each mango contains one large seed. More mangoes are eaten fresh around the world than any other fruit.
HEALTH BENEFITS Prevents Cancer: Research has shown antioxidant compounds in mango fruit have been found to protect against colon, breast, leukemia and prostate cancers. These compounds include quercetin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, fisetin, gallic acid and methylgallat, as well as the abundant enzymes. Lowers Cholesterol: The high levels of fiber, pectin and vitamin C help to lower serum cholesterol levels, specifically Low-Density Lipoprotein (the bad stuff). Clears the Skin: Can be used both internally and externally for the skin. Mangos help clear clogged pores and eliminate pimples. Improves Eye Health: One cup of sliced mangoes supplies 25 percent of the needed daily value of vitamin A, which promotes good eyesight and prevents night blindness and dry eyes.
HEALTH BENEFITS Alkalizes the Whole Body:The tartaric acid, malic acid, and a trace of citric acid found in the fruit help to maintain the alkali reserve of the body. May Help with Diabetes: Mango leaves help normalize insulin levels in the blood. The traditional home remedy involves boiling leaves in water, soaking through the night and then consuming the filtered decoction in the morning. Mango fruit also has a relatively low glycemic index (41-60) so moderate quantities will not spike your sugar levels. Promotes Healthy Sex: Mangos are a great source of vitamin E. Even though the popular connection between sex drive and vitamin E was originally created by a mistaken generalization on rat studies, further research has shown balanced proper amounts (from whole foods) does help.

MANGO PULP. Mango pulp is used for making mango drinks, milk shakes, juices and beverages and is used in the food industry and homes for various applications There is a growing demand of mango pulp in local and international markets. Estimated size of export market of mango pulp is over thousands of tons. India is the largest supplier of mango pulp catering to about two thirds of global demand. International market of mango pulp has been on a rise during the past years.
MANGO SLICE (Canned Products) Canning is defined as preservation of foods in hermetically sealed containers and usually implies heat treatment as the principal factor in prevention of spoilage. Canning was invented by Nicholas Appert in 1910 so also termed as Appertization

POMEGRANATE JUICE One of the oldest herbals known in traditional medicine, used for thousands of years in areas of the Middle East and Mediterranean Study compared multiple antioxidant properties of pomegranate juice in comparison to other beverages sold in the US Helps diabetics with oxidation of lipids and moderately lowered their serum cholesterol levels (without affecting blood sugar) Helps Aids coronary artery disease patients with stress-induced myocardial ischemia (angina) Helps carotid artery stenosis patients by reducing the size of their atherosclerotic lesions
MANGO FARMING IN INDIA With the increase in the domestic & international markets for Indian mangoes, use of pesticides and insecticides has increased in the otherwise natural farming of mangoes. The result was that the natural defense of the soil which helped in the preservation and growth of the fruit, slowly disappeared and the trees became heavily dependant on insecticides and pesticides, harmful for the human body. Thus the mangoes so produced lost their original taste flavour and aroma.
HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT? We are equiped with latest machineries to spray pesticide mist over the trees in our farm. The residual effect of the pest repellants used is nil on the fruits as mainly organic pesticides are used for the spray. The use of mango bags especially imported from Japan is used to protect each mango from insects, effect of rain and bad weather. Mango bags are used to avoid the ill-effects of pesticides when sprayed and also keeps away the mango fly and other harmful insects. Great care is taken in the upkeep of our mango orchards ensuring good tree health and better quality fruit. No mangoes are procured from the open market as other exporters resort to. Every mango can be traced back to the origin of cultivation( provenance) We ensure that the harvested mangoes undergo Vapor Heat Treatment quarantine process at our own Packhouses before being exported. and
