3 Glass Bottle 125ml Prosecco Stelle de Valdobbiadene, Italy, NV 7 28 The Stelle d''italia wines are literally the "stars of Italy". A lively crisp prosecco with a delicate lemony character and an aromatic, dry, refreshing finish. Sparkling & Champagne Laurent Perrier, Brut, France, NV Laurent Perrier has become one of the great Champagne names by achieving a consistently high standard. This delightful wine has a pale golden colour and fine citrus notes in the bouquet, confirmed on the palate, followed by a slight yeastiness and some biscuity flavours. Like all good champagne it has an exhilarating finish. Saumur Domaine de Brize, Loire, France, NV 36 A really superb sparkling Loire, dry but not aggressive, produced from Chenin Blanc in the small village of Martigne- Briand, close to the town of Saumur. The wine has a beautifully fragrant English late summer fruits bouquet (apples and pears) and is clean, fresh and lively on the palate. Crement de Bourgogne Veuve Ambal, France, NV 40 Pale yellow gold in colour, the Veuve Ambal Crement de Bourgogne shows an exceptionally fine, persistent mousse with a delicate sparkle. The fruity nose offers citrus aromas and the palate is dominated by notes of lemon and lime which give it a nice, fresh texture and a long finish, crisp and dry. Bollinger Special Cuvee, Brut, France, NV 80 A hedonist's dream from one of the great Champagne houses. Golden in colour, with very fine bubbles like velvet, the Special Cuvee presents a beautiful aromatic complexity: ripe fruit and spicy aromas, hints of roasted apples and peaches. On the palate, a subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity, pear, brioche and spicy aromas with notes of fresh walnut. Bellavista, Convento, Italy, Founded by Vittorio Moretti in the early 1970s, the Bellavista estate produces Italy s the finest sparkling wines. A deep straw yellow in colour, with very bright greenish highlights. The nose is broad and appealing, with hints of ripe fruit, especially apricot and pineapple. It also has an attractive and elegant vanilla note and a marked mineral vein. Displaying excellent balance and freshness on the palate, it has a long, tangy finish. Laurent Perrier Cuvee Rosé, Brut, France, NV 105 Salmon-pink in colour, it has hints of soft red fruits, such as strawberries, redcurrants, raspberries and black cherries. Intensely fruity flavours begin clean and well-defined upon entry, the wine then opens up to provide a mélange of flavours consisting of fresh strawberries, raspberries and wild cherries. It has great length and is rounded and supple on the finish. Revered by wine-lovers for its flavour, and by aesthetes for the beauty of its 17th century-style bottle dating back to Henry V, the cuvée Rosé Brut is one of the stars in the Laurent-Perrier range.

4 Amour de Deutz, Brut, France, The famous Amour de Deutz cuvée is exclusively created from vintages judged as exceptional. The 1999 cuvée is a proof of a magnificent and unique aromatic fullness, freshness and elegance. It s clear, bright and crustal-clear pale golden robe is animated by a fine and regular effervescence. On the nose, this champagne offers subtle fragrances of white flower (honeysuckle, jasmine, narcissus, and lily) as well as exotic fruits (pineapple, kumquat, papaya...) enhanced by subtle notes of roasted hazelnut. On the palate is broad, light and velvety. It evolves into more acidulous and refreshing flavours of citrus fruit to end on a spicy note. Taittinger, Comtes de Champagne, Blanc de Blancs, France, The 2006 Comtes de Champagne is striking, especially in the way it brings together elements of ripeness and freshness in a hypothetical blend of the 2002 and Smooth and creamy on the palate, the 2006 is all about texture. There is a real feeling of density and weight in the 2006, qualities that will grow with time in the bottle. All the elements fall into place effortlessly. Citrus fruits and fragrant honeysuckle on the nose; then the coup de grace of a weightlessly elegant mouthfeel that is so Comtes, with richer fruits like apricot and white pear following on. Delicate aeration encourages a note of oak. Krug Vintage, Champagne, France, Krug 1998 offers astonishing purity, elegance and a very long finish. Characterized by the warm glow of yellow gold and the fragrant aroma of flowers in bloom, Krug 1998 is a champagne of purity and precision. Expressive aromas of bread, hazelnut and orange peel develop into flavours of citrus fruits, dried fruits and gingerbread. This vintage is known as homage au Chardonnay as it is only second Krug vintage after 1981, where Chardonnay dominates.

On the palate the fresh grapefruit and hints of crisp English apple combine to give a crisp dry. Pinot Grigio, Allamnda, Italy, / A fresh, dry white with gentle floral and citrus aromas. Crisp and delicate on the palate with lightly honeyed fruit balanced by lemony acidity and a fresh, dry finish. Picpoul de Pinet, Reserve Roquemoliere, France, /7 26 This crisps, light and aromatic wine has gained a particularly strong reputation for quality in one specific area of the Languedoc- Pinet. Pale yellow, with a nose of lime fruit and lemon, this wine has a refreshingly dry and acidic finish. Chardonnay, Macon Villages, l'aurore, France, / This beautiful variety of Chardonnay it is pale gold in colour with a subtle nose of tropical fruit and refined oak. The palate is well balanced with ripe fruit and fresh well balanced acidity. The finish is long and concentrated with hints of apples and a touch of creaminess. Sauvignon blanc, Yealands, Hawkes Bay, New Zealand, / With a gold medal in his pocket, this 2016 Sauvignon blanc has notes of freshly chopped herbs, lime zest and a hint of elderflower. The medium-bodied palate is seriously crisp with wonderful length and some minerally layers on the finish Chardonnay, Tooma River, Australia, Exclusively produced for the UK, this wine delivers a vibrant fruity style. Notes of lime, grapefruit and melon all bound up with a zesty, crisp citrus balance which cuts through the finish. A deliciously refreshing glass by itself or paired with full flavoured fish and more. Luis Canas, Rioja Blanco, Spain, A beautifully balanced example of white Rioja that straddles the styles of the old and the new. Vibrant citrusy Viura is blended with the more weighty Malvasia and the brief barrel maturation adds a honeyed roundness to the crisp lemony fruit. Beautiful golden yellow colour with bright lemon-tinted reflections. Elegant, combining hints of flowers, fruits and hazelnuts. Dry, with just enough acidity to make it fresh and lively with a structured and tasty finish of ripe fruit. Muscadet, Château de la Bretèche, Loire, France, This Muscadet variety is coming from Chateau de la Bretesche, an estate with a long history dating back to The wine has elegance and complexity, with high acidity yet good concentration of flavours. An authentic gastronomic dry wine Godello, Alma de Blanco, Monterai, Spain, Bright and golden appearance, this slightly silky white wine is crisp at first bite but leading to peach and delicate floral notes into the finish. Los Vientos Estival, Uruquay, Los Vientos Estival is a vibrant, unique blend of Gewurztraminer, Chardonnay and Moscato, harmoniously blended yet all identifiable. Tart passion fruit and pineapple with hints of citrus. Floral notes, rich yet zingy fresh. A wonder for the senses.

6 Petit Chablis, Olivier Trincon, France, A bright, elegant Petit Chablis with traditional crisp minerality and refreshing citrus-like acidity. Dry wine but beautifully balanced. Grüner Veltliner, Smaragd Kollmutz, Austria, An exquisite full bodied wine with a tremendous aging potential.initially almost a little exotic with notes of passion fruit and then followed by glass peppery, fruity spiciness with herbal floral notes. Pinot Gris, Trimbach, Alsace, France, One of the most remarkable wines from Alsace combines a strong fruitiness, heady, being on the dry side as it so typical for the region. Elegant and lovely pinot gris, full-flavoured with hints of butter but without austerity. Pigato Laura Aschero, Italy, Of the Middle East Europe, Pigato made his way to Italy where received status in Full-bodied, flavourful and dry, but lastingly mellow, with a typical undertone of pleasing bitterness. Persistent nose of acacia honey with a hint of yellow peach. Viognier Cuilleron, France, Outstanding example of the grape from Colline Rhodanienne, by one of the top producers in the Northern Rhone Appellation Condrieu that makes the best Viognier. A flattering wine with white flowers and apricots aromas. Juicy and fresh on the palate, with a discreet lick of oak, acidulous finish with dry apricots notes. - a model of richness and restraint. Mas D en Compte Priorat Blanc, Spain, Rare blend of multiple grapes, this wine has a golden yellow color. In the nose feels nice roasted aromas and notes of tropical as well as stone fruits. On the palate, it has a very strong structure with good fruit and woody aromas. The acid is very well integrated, elegant finish, very long and persistent. Riesling Paulingshof, Mosel, This is a classic Mosel Riesling with a fresh lemony fragrance on the nose. Amazingly complex palate with medium sweetness, structured acidity and very long finish. Low in alcohol. Chablis 1er Cru Les Forets, France, This dry premier cru "Forêts" from Domaine Louis Michel, is characteristically lean and chiseled yet has a breathtaking complexity. And always, underneath everything, is a strong minerality. Lovely balance of lemony crispness and full, nutty richness. Chenin Blanc, FMC Ken Forrester, South Africa, 2014& The flagship wine, The FMC has a beautifully defined, intoxicating bouquet with lemon curd, frangipane, almond and just a touch of nutmeg. The palate has a rounded, waxy texture with wonderful harmony and precision. Rich, layered with dried apricot, vanilla and honey, this wine is a sublime expression of South African Chenin Blanc. Meursault, Michel Gaunoux, France, Delightful Meursault that is the definition of good Burgundy stylish and elegant. Well developed with ripe, tropical fruit on the nose and an enticing note of honey leading to an intense and concentrated palate with well-balanced acidity and a crisp, clean, lengthy finish. Vintage Tunina, Italy, Vintage Tunina is a genuine field blend from Sauvignon grapes, Chardonnay with Ribolla Gialla, Malvasia and Picolit added. It has a brilliant straw-yellow colour with golden highlights. Its aroma is intense, full, with enormous elegance and persistence, and with hints of honey and wild flowers. Its taste is dry, velvety, and very well-orchestrated, with an exceptional persistence due to its particularly full body.

7 Rosé Wine Glass 125/175ml Bottle Grenache Rosé, Montage Noire, Vin de Pays d Oc, France, / Attractive salmon pink colour with a very pale hue, this rosé is well-balanced and classy and dry. Ripe and rounded strawberries dominate the nose and on the palate, floral, mineral and savory characteristics give it complexity. Côtes de Provence, Vidaubenaise, France, / 7 27 Delicate in colour, like the lightest of the pink roses, this wine enchants the eye as well as the nose and palate. With delicate scents of cherry blossoms and woodland strawberries, this is a dry, scented, savory rose. Mas Amor Catalunya, Spain, Más Amor or More Love echoes the livelihood of Barcelona. Displaying an intense color, aromatically it echoes citrus fruits and wild strawberries. A wine with a noticeable but pleasant acidity, light and fresh with intense citric notes like lime and grapefruit, red cherries and peppermint leaves. Ch. Sainte Marguerite Rose, Organic, Cru Classe, France, A splash of fresh red fruit bouquet, packed with strawberries and raspberries. Its aroma and flavours fully illustrate the freshness and the benefits of organic agriculture. Fresh but with good mid-palate, round in the mouth and silky. Red Wine Glass125/175ml Bottle Pinot Noir, Calusari, Romania, /7 24 A beautiful, delicate colour leads through to aromas of violets, dried cherries and hints of tobacco. Juicy, light and berry filled on the palate with a velvety finish, this Pinot Noir is produced by a leading Romanian vineyard Cramele Recas. Saumur Rouge Cabernet Franc, La Cabriole, France, / With a lovely, ruby-red colour, this wine has an intense bouquet, featuring harmonious fruits flavours with hints of spices. It is soft on the palate, with good backbone and balance, as well as velvety tannins. Biferno Rosso Riserva, Molise, Italy, / A must-try vintage of this fantastic medium bodied red. The bouquet is complex and intense with hints of blackberry jam mingling with vanilla spice. On the palate the wine is velvety smooth but not heavy, with red berry fruit, supple tannins and a long, vanilla-tinged finish. Les Languedoc, Syrah Grenache Carignan, France, / 8 28 The Calmel & Joseph Languedoc collection is a range of classic wines. A smooth red with hints of wild herbs and forest fruits, rich and gamey with an earthy quality true to its origins in the Languedoc. A blend which is superbly harmonious, as always, for an elegant wine that is profoundly Mediterranean in style. Beaujolais Louis Tete, France, / 8 30 From one of the larger négociant houses in Beaujolais, the wines of Louis Tête are on a par with the region s best. Light purple in colour, it has an elegant, fresh intense nose of very ripe fruits and sweet spices. The palate is equally open and fleshy with lots of fruit (cherry and raspberry) and little tannin. Wonderfully soft and accessible, plenty of character backed by good balancing acidity. Timperosse, Mandrarossa, Sicily, Italy, 2016 ` 6.50/ Mandrarossa is coming from the south west of Sicily, unspoilt region of outstanding beauty. Intense and dark in colour, has a strong nose of cherry, plums and red apple with a waft of gingery spice. The palate shows ripe, plummy fruit but with a soft and gentle tannin. Ripe, almost stewed fruit flavours linger on the long finish.

8 Conde Bel Rioja, Crianza, Spain, Conde Bel Rioja Crianza is a blend of 80% Tempranillo and 20% Garnacha from the great winery Bodegas Franco- Espanolas which dates back to Twelve months ageing in American oak gives a smooth, mature wine with good balance of fruit and spice and a long elegant finish. Côtes du Rhône, Chuslan, France, Chuslan wines have a long standing reputation. Being praised since the 17 th century and being granted the Cote du Rhone Villages status in Wine with a deep black colour and a brilliant brightness. The aromatic expression is powerful and concentrated without any excess on high class fruitiness. The sweet tannin structure gives a soft and elegant mouthfeel to the wine. Estate Malbec, Humberton Canale, Argentina, Humberto Canale Estate Malbec embodies the purest expression of the Patagonian terroir and the Argentine Malbec. It shows off a very refined style, both in the nose and in the mouth. Its careful oak cask ageing gives the wine an ultimate dimension that turns it into an irresistible one. This is a characteristic Malbec varietal, a full-bodied wine, with a complex structure, with surprising notes of red berries, eucalyptus, spice and black pepper. Château des Gravieres, Bordeaux, France, 2015& With many prizes won, this deep garnet-red wine, has a slightly woody and toasty nose and aromas of prunes and liquorice. Fleshy robust and well balanced in the mouth with a firm, lengthy finished. Anarkia Tannat, Uruquay, Tannat has become the signature grape of Uruguay. Powerful palate, with flavours of blackberries, delicate smokiness, and a long intense finish of dark fruits. Firm and polished tannins giving a true Tannat expression. Los Vientos Anarkia Tannat is made with no added sulphur and indigenous yeasts giving a full bodied rich wine with concentrated pure fruit. Terrasses du Larzac, Calmel&Joseph, France, Calmel Joseph Terrasses du Larzac is a special wine from this prized small area within the Languedoc. A blend of Mourvedre, Syrah and Grenache, this is an intense wine with notes of red and black berry fruit such as redcurrant, blackcurrant and elderberry. Full, yet balanced and complex with mineral notes on the long finish. An atypical Terrasses du Larzac in the continuity of the style of previous vintages with an international silver medal. Marne Burne, Nebbiolo D alba, Fontanafredda, Italy, Nebbiolo Marne Burne stands out for its fragrance which is confirmed on the nose by bouquets of flowers and wild fruit, and on the palate by its strong personality and dry, nicely almond-like taste. A deep ruby red Nebbiolo wine with faint garnet tints. Arabesque, Domaine de Montvac, Vacqueras, France, Balance in elegance is what this wine offers. A balance of flavours, with three complementary varieties: Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre. The elegance of a delicate, thoroughbred structure that underscores a continuum of perceptions: presence, then roundness, and persistence. Pure, intense yet delicate aromas of redcurrant and licorice, without oak. Structure very elegant with fine tannin and balanced acidity. Gigondas, Domaine Brusset, France, Despite its youth, Gigondas Tradition it s such a vibrant wine in dense carmine dress with purple reflections. On the nose, an explosion of black fruits, mineral notes and vanilla. In the mouth, a silky texture, round tannins and a nice freshness. Marquis des Beys Red, Bekaa Valley, Lebanon Domaine des Tourelles is one of the longest established and most highly acclaimed wineries in the Bekaa Valley, Lebanon. Marquis des Beys Red is an exquisite Cabernet Syrah blend from one of the Bekaa Valley s leading producers. Oak ageing gives a soft, rounded yet powerful wine with bramble fruit and spicy, chocolatey notes and fine tannins.

9 Rully Rouge, 1er Cru Clos du Chapitre, France, 2014& Fine, elegant and structured, the Clos du Chapitre shows a very Burgundian expression of Pinot Noir. Aromas of red fruit dominate the nose with violets and cherry in abundance. Fine, supple tannins and a refreshing acidity on the palate make this a truly remarkable bottle of Pinot. Bressan Schioppettino, Italy, Schioppettino, also known as Ribolla Nera, is one of the most typical and elegant grapes found in Friuli with aromas of wild blackberries, raspberries and blueberries. With ageing, this organic and biodynamic wine develops notes of undergrowth and musk with aromatic wood. Full, warm and velvety in the mouth has an excellent body and a long finish. Barolo Fontanafredda, Italy, The 2011 Barolo Serralunga d'alba is a soft and luscious expression with bold tones of dark fruit and dried cherry. The color is garnet-red with ruby highlights that take on a slightly orange tone over time. It has a clear-cut, intense nose with overtones of vanilla, spices, withered roses and underbrush. The taste is dry, but soft, full-bodied, velvety and well-balanced, and is very long-lasting. Volnay Rossignol Changarnier, France, The nose of this wonderful, traditional Volnay, it s a fantastic combination of cherry and rosehip fruit with delicious gamey/spicy/nutty complexity. In the mouth it is medium-bodied and elegant with bright acidity, fine tannin and a complex finish. Aloxe Corton, 1 st Cru les Vercotes, France, Bright and pure purple, with an attractive bouquet of red fruit, some darker notes and a little black cherry. It is quite ripe, yet full and sensual with excellent length. Delicate and gently floral with a little minerality, this Aloxe-Corton is a delightful, elegant Pinot Noir. The Côte de Beaune at its very best. Cos D Estournel, France, The vintages of Cos d'estournel are incredibly regular in terms of quality. Their wines possess a richness and a great depth of fruit, which balanced by ripe and very fine tannins allow a long bonus which can last, for the best, several decades. The dark ruby-colored 1999 Cos is a supremely elegant effort. The wine offers notes of dried Provencal herbs, smoke, licorice, black cherries, and cassis. Medium to full-body, delicate and refined, round and charming with a good freshness on the finish. Clos de Tart Mommessin, France, Coming from one the 6 grand cru monopolies in Burgundy, this wine is astonishingly dark in colour with excitingly fruity but comprehensively unclassical aromas it is unexpectedly delicious and hedonistic. Extremely inviting, the 2003 edition presents ripe fruits and intense mocha aroma with strong spices. Rich, voluptuous and dense with no hint of over ripeness of fruit or harshness of tannin and just enough freshness.

10 Sweet Wine/ Dessert Wine Glass 100ml Bottle Moelleux Chateau Laulerie, France, 2012&2014 ( 75cl) Pale gold with barley sugar and orange blossom and a sweet, creamy palate, the Chateau Laulerie is in the same mould, but not as heavy as a Sauternes or Monbazillac. On the nose, has powerful aromas of candied fruits, honey and acacia. The remarkable concentration in the mouth is refreshed with a touch of acidity which balances the smoothness. Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, France, 2016 (37.5cl Muscat de Beaumes-de-Venise is unique in the Rhône Valley. This fortified wine has a worldwide reputation, but it has nevertheless faced extinction several times throughout its history. This wine has a pale golden hue, with the bouquet showing intense fruitiness and floral aroma. On the palate, it has deliciously elegant freshness. It is full-bodied without excess, and has lingering fruity aromas on a melon and lemon-tinged finish. Recioto de la Valpolicella, Bertani, Italy, 2015 (50cl) Ruby red wine with a large bouquet, complex and intense; hints of wild berries and ripe red fruits such as plums and cherries give way to sweet spicy notes of cocoa beans and vanilla. In the mouth it is full bodied, complex, intense but well balanced by a good acidity, fragrant, that gives a lingering sweetness that invites to the second taste. Vinsanto Barbi, Italy (37.5cl) Amber yellow in colour, this wine is a symbol of traditional Tuscan hospitality, this wine is nevertheless quite rare, often a real treat. On the nose it has a delicious and intensively aromatic bouquet with a broad suite of fragrances: raisins, dried and candied fruits, walnuts and delicate hint of chestnut honey. It shows a finely balance palate whose sweetness never cloys thanks to fresh acidity and vibrant, long-lingering aromas. Clos Dady, Sauternes, France, 2012 (75cl) A highly complex wine which entices you with its scents of lime, acacia, apricots, grilled almond and honeyed aromas. The palate is luscious and generous with its sweet apricot, honey, roasted nut and marmalade flavours and perfectly balanced with a zesty, lime rind acidity, finishing clean, uplifted and satisfying.. Riversaltes Ambres, Cazes, France (37.5cl) 50 Deep amber in colour, with aromas strongly reminiscent of dried fruit and candied citrus fruit peel. On the palate it is rich and unctuous though with a lovely balance which prevents it from cloying, dark and nutty with great intensity and a mineral character on the finish. Aleatico, Dolce Naturale,Salice Salentino, Italy, 2006 (50cl) 60 Coming from one of the most important wine companies of the Salento region, this wine is bright crimson in colour, developing hints of orange with maturity. The nose is pleasantly reminiscent of muscat and the medium sweet palate is broad and rich with a good backbone of acidity, a velvety texture. Delicious.

11 Bin Ends White Bin End 101. Le Jeu du Mail, La Grange de Quatro Sous, France, A blend of Viognier and Marsanne, Le Jeu du Mail is aged mainly in large wood with just one barrique. The result: this organic wine has kept its own character and the wood has given it more scope, without imposing itself. Quite a rich nose, with more depth on the palate, good texture with some rich fruit and mineral notes. Long and elegant on the finish. 102.Acroliam Blanc, Mesquido Mora Organic, Spain, Acroliam blanc is an organic wine, its own name being taken after the provenience region written in reverse: Mallorca. The delicate, aromatic nose is dominated by the citrus family; lemon, grapefruit and lime, with tropical hints, white flower and a mineral note from the Prensal Blanc. The palate is fresh, saline and mineral with good acidity and lots of tangy lemon zing. 103.Grosset, Polish Hill, Australia, A top class apéritif, the 2014 Grosset Polish Hill Riesling surprises with voluminous lemon blossom aromas bursting from the glass. This organic steel edged Riesling, brimming with lime juice and lemongrass, is refreshingly dry and vibrant with cleansing acidity and some shaley minerality on a finish of remarkable persistence and length. A beautifully balanced and poised Riesling that becomes steadily more impressive with each sip" 104.Henschke Louis, Eden Valley, Australia, A tribute to Louis Edmund Henschke ( ), the fourth-generation grower of the Hill of Grace vineyard. The semillon grape variety is a reserve selection from 50-year-old vines, grown in the Henschke vineyard at Eden Valley Pale straw with lime hues. The 2013 edition has aromas of fragrant clover blossom, lemon citrus and green apple layered with hints of nashi pear, dried fennel and newly mown hay. The palate shows zesty citrus and fresh stone-fruit characters with beautifully balanced fine acidity and texture for a long, crisp finish.
