All of our wines have been tasted and assessed as showing certain styles and character that complement our cuisine and will undoubtedly appeal to the discerning tastes of our clientele. An off-dry blend showcasing the succulent acidity for which this wine region is famed. Petite Gasconne is bright, zesty and moreish. 150 Terre de Lumiere, Viognier, Celliers J d'alibert, IGP Pays d'oc, France Celliers Jean d'alibert is one of the oldest established wineries in the ancient Minervois region. Boasting a trademark freshness and juicy fruits. This Viognier is no exception, with orange blossom notes and ripe, orchard fruit flavours Old Vines Chenin Blanc, Stellenbosh, South Africa Produced by a team of 16 women and one man. Irina Botha and her daughter Fran produce only very low yields, guaranteeing intensity of fruit flavours in this Chenin Blanc.

White Rioja offers stylish white blossom, aromatic and concentrated fruit flavours spiked with cinnamon Chardonnay, Nelson Estate, Parrl, South Africa The Nelson family has been making wine since the mid 90`s. Their estate Chardonnay is the fruit of the finest and oldest vines. Concentrated, deeply-flavoured, this wine is lifted by a graceful and fresh acidity. 220 Gewurztraminer, Cave de Cleebourg, Alsace, France Exotic, unctuous Gewurztraminer with a classic French signature, from a small village winery in Northern Alsace Eradus, Sauvignon Blanc, Marlborough, New Zealand A multi-award winning, yet distinctive style of Marlborough, Sauvignon Blanc with intense fruit flavours and aromatic depth. 240 Chablis, Domaine Vincent Dampt, Burgundy, France The Dampt family is famous for its expertise and young talent. Vincent is the new kid on the block. Classic, elegant and approachable style of Chablis, counterbalancing flinty minerality and soft, creamy fruit.

5 250 Sancerre, Domaine du Nozay, Loire, France Philippe de Benoist built Domaine du Nozay himself in 1970 and still manages the vineyards today while, son, Cyril, runs the winery. His exuberant, single vineyard, Sancerre, is hard to beat with its ripe, fruity aromas and grassy, complex minerality. 260 Bourgogne Blanc, Les Setilles, Olivier Leflaive, Burgundy, France A real insiders wine with 60% of the grapes coming from Puligny-Montrachet and the rest is from Meursault. Burgundy without the cost! 270 Macon-Verze, Domaines Leflaive, Burgundy, France Made by possibly the greatest white wine maker, Anne Claude Leflaive. This wine is a blended from five different parcels. It offers complexity and depth, complemented by a zesty, mineral character. 280 Meursault, Clos du Domaine Henri Darnat, Burgundy, France Henri s stylish Puligny and Meursault, made from fifty-year-old vines, exhibit the classic mix of richness and elegance that typifies the best white Burgundies Puligny-Montrachet, Domaine Carillon, Burgundy, France A prime example of Puligny village wine, taut and mineral, everything you would expect from a top producer Red Wines by the Bottle "It's nice, not very sweet...is it Italian?" 315 Mas Oliveras, Tempranillo, Bodegas Roqueta, Spain Surrounded by olive groves near Manresa in Catalunya, Bodegas Roqueta is run by the 4th generation of the Roqueta family. Rich and concentrated, with a hint of spicy dark berries, baked plum and white pepper. 335 Masseria dei Trullari, Primitivo del Tarantino, IGT Racemi, Italy Rustic in style but silky, offering intense, black cherry note and a characteristic balsamic note Altos de Baroja, Rioja Joven, Spain Benchmark, youthful style Rioja offering great value for money. Made in the classic mould, but with bags of modern appeal. 345 Pinotage, Rhebokskloof, Parrl, South Africa A fresh, elegant expression of Pinotage grape from the classic Rhebokskloof Estate. 350 Beaujolais Villages, La Cave de la Croisee, P Ferraud, France This Beaujolais Villages comes from a single hillside vineyard, owned by the Ferraud family for the last 70 years. Supple tannins and classic minerality to rivals the quality of more expensive Beaujolais Crus. 355 Belezos Bodegas Zugober, Rioja Crianza, Spain Classic Rioja from a small, quality-focused family winery, Bodegas Zugober, in the prestigious Rioja Alavesa area. 360 Pinot Noir, Domaine Les Salices, Francois Lurton,IGP Pays d'oc, France Fuller-styled Pinot Noir from the rapidly improving Languedoc-Roussillon, made by the renowned Lurton family of Bordeaux fame. 365 Malbec, Bodega Ruca Malen, Mendoza, Argentina Ruca Malen's vines grow at high altitudes, thus helping to combine power with elegance. With vibrant, cherry-plum notes and a spicy, licorice finish. Moreish and delicious. 370 Cotes-du-Rhone Rouge, Les Becs Fins, Tardieu-Laurent, Rhone, France A fine blend of Grenache & Syrah made by negociant Michel Tardieu. 7 375 Chateau La Courolle Montagne, St-Emilion, Bordeaux, France Blended with Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, and situated at the very centre of the St-Emilion region. 380 Eradus, Pinot Noir, Marlborough, New Zealand The Eradus family s winemaking philosophy centres on achieving wines with ripeness, balance and freshness. This Pinot Noir blends earthy mushroom notes with dark, perfumed fruit and flowers. 385 Crozes-Hermitage, Le Millepertuis, Maison Guyot, Rhone, France This 100% Syrah, from family owned Maison Guyot in Crozes-Hermitage, is made in a contemporary, fruit-forward style: fresh and spicy, with dried herb notes and plenty of dark plum and damson fruit. 390 Edmeades, Zinfandel Mendocino, California, USA Zesty, with wild Cherry, chocolate and anise aromas backed up with plum, smoke and freshly cracked pepper. 400 Chateau de Lamarque, Haut-Médoc, Bordeaux, France Situated on the left bank of the Gironde this Haut-Medoc is just north of Margeaux. An impressive plum, cassis, nose with hints of pencil lead and with well-integrated new oak. Good value, classical claret. 405 Ψ PSI, Peter Sisseck, Ribera del Duero, Spain From the man who created Pingus, one of Spain s cult wines. Cherry and plum flavours, spiced by oak and cut by a savoury freshness. Awesome wine! 410 Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Vignobles Gonnet, Rhone, France Guillaume and Bertrand Gonnet are the third generation of winemakers. Fifty years old Grenache wines are carefully hand harvested to make this full bodied red with notes of plum, herbs and subtle aromas of Christmas cake. 415 L'Hospitalet de Gazin, Pommerol, Bordeaux, France Second wine of the Chateau Gazin, sittuated right next door to the very famous Chateau Petrus.
