Sutherland Chardonnay 2014 This wine has a beautiful light straw colour with hints of green. The nose shows pure marmalade fruit and complex yeasty flavours in a nice harmony with toasty oak. The palate is cleansed and left pure with a lovely texture and finish. Thelema Mountain White 2013 A tantalizing blend of Viognier, Chardonnay and Rossanne caresses the palate and finishes in golden apples, ripe apricots, butter and perfume. Elgin Vintners Merlot Rosé 2015 Perfectly pink and succulent. Subtle hints of sweet melon and honey tantalize the nose and a burst of ripe plums and cherries satisfy the taste buds. RED WINE Rickety Bridge Merlot 2015 Notes of red cherry and ripe plum layered with herbal nuances and hints of oak spice on the nose. A juicy palate with red currants and blueberries gives way to lingering dark chocolate flavours. Villiera Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 Classic dark berry fruit flavours and dark chocolate notes fill the senses and the palate. Beautifully rounded off smooth tannins give the wine structure and balance.
