The Rocks has a capacity of up to 110 seated inside and 150+ guests for a cocktail style event. We have plenty of space for marquee functions on the property too, so large functions are also welcome. We cater for all styles and with the versatility that the venue provides; you can create the perfect party atmosphere!

3 OUR TEAM Your event at The Rocks will be overseen by our venue coordinator. We will work with you from start to finish to create a truly seamless event, from the styling of furniture to a tailored menu to suit your event and dietary requirements. Our venue co-ordinator will also work with you to prepare your event timetable, seating plan and table layouts. Because we work with so many service providers and professionals in the industry we are also happy to assist in the coordination of transport, entertainment, fireworks and lifestyle activities to ensure your event is truly memorable.

4 YOUR EVENT AT THE ROCKS Your decoration package will be designed to suit your individual, style for the event. For this we like to meet with you to discuss the look and feel you would like to achieve. The decoration package includes full setup, linen cloths, furniture and decoration of the venue.

8 FOOD AND BEVERAGES AT THE ROCKS Our meals are created to suit and wide range of tastes but we are happy to work with you to design a menu to suit. We cater for most dietary requirements and can organise taste testings at our showroom. The beverage packages below are examples of the types of drinks we can provide. Again, we like to work with you and your personal preferences to make sure that the drinks provided are to your liking.

A signed confirmation form must be completed and returned to our office: info@therocksfunctions.com.au A deposit of $1,000 is required within 14 days of making a tentative booking to confirm the date. 2 weeks prior to the event all floral requirements must be finalised. 1 week prior to the event the final payment is to be finalised. This includes confirming final guest numbers.
