3 TASTE OF THE VINE SILENT AUCTION & WINE TASTING November 12, guests expected St. Mary s Memorial Hall, Sycamore Sponsorship Opportunities Each November, this signature community event brings together a wide variety of local community and business leaders, philantrophists, and nonprofit organizations. A benefit for Kishwaukee United Way The evening includes hearty appetizer, complimentary wine tasting, silent & live auctions and 50/50 raffle to the backdrop of live entertainment. Sponsorship benefits include the following: Presenting Level ǀ $10,000 Exclusive name and logo placement on event tickets, Chamber of Commerce eblasts, and KUW website (logo with link). Premier name and logo placement on event program (full page) and all event signage, all promotional materials (print, radio, electronic, social media) and all Thank You recognition (print, electronic, radio). Prominent recognition on night of event. Reserved table and event tickets for eight (8) guests. Personal wine table service throughout event. Dessert tower at reserved table. As our event is hosted each year in November, it is often a time for guests to get a head start on purchasing holiday gifts and holiday planning including wine selections. Special Vintners Sponsorship benefits include the following: Logo placement on event program, event signage, all promotional materials (print, electronic, social media) and all Thank You recognition (print, electronic). A benefit for Kishwaukee United Way Special Vintners Level ǀ Option A Help Kishwuaukee United Way provide a fabulous wine tasting experience for our guests! Donate one (1) case of both red and white wines of your selection. Your wine donation will be poured alongside other donated bottles by licensed event staff. Any unopened wine will be returned to you. Special Vintners Level ǀ Option B Host your own table wine tasting at our event guaranteeing generous tasting portions. Minimum commitment: one case of both red and white wines of your selection; 4-ounce pouring tastes. You are welcome to take wine orders from our guests for later pickup at your establishment.
