Dry and persistent on the palate, it is a marvellous aperitif as well as an all-around fish & fowl wine to accompany the entire meal or for pairing with fresh cheeses. Passa Parola Prosecco Spumante, Italy 11.5% Slightly yeasty nose, with a touch a spring flowers and apple skin fruit. The palate has flavours of nectarines with touches of green herbs, some real zest and a hints of peach. Nyetimber Classic Cuvée, England 12% A forward yet stylish, leesy, yeasty nose with some lemony citrus notes. Also very yeasty on the palate, from the first taste right through to the finish. A creamy texture, with a clean lemon-citrus acidity and finish. A fine and soft mousse. The structure of this wine belies a good amount of time on the lees and it also has bottle complexity. Tasted completely blind you would mark this down as a good aged NV Champagne. Pierre et Papa, Pays de 12.5% l'hérault - 100% Cinsault A light, refreshing Rosé bursting with red fruits, a perfect balance of roundness and length which makes for an easy drinking wine for all seasons. Chateau de la Deidiere, Cotes de Provence Rose, France 13% Yeasty, fresh, lemony and melon aromas, with delicious palate showing plenty of spice, a creamy texture and quite a powerful vinous character with good red fruit. White Wines Measurement 125ml 175ml Carafe Bottle Cal Y Canto Verdejo, Tierra de Castilla Spain 11% This wine has a seductive nose of white peach, apricot and hints of lime blossom. One the palate flavours of lime, lemon, peach, wet stone and minerals dominate this lively, crisp white wine. Running Duck Chenin/ Sauvignon, Fair Trade and Organic, South Africa 13.5% Fairtrade and Organic with light grassy, guava flavours. Light grassy, guava flavours with a hint of smoke on the nose. Very attractive wine. Domaine de Maubet Sauvignon/Colombard, France 11.5% This blend of Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Gros Manseng and Sauvignon Blanc grape varieties is a crisp ultra clean white that has mouth-watering flavours of apple and citrus and even a hint of gooseberry. Great with fish or seafood and brilliant on its own as an aperitif. Dea Del Mare Pinot Grigio, Italy 12.5% Elegant, scented and delicate wine with ultra-refreshing, super clean fruit balanced by good acidity and no trace of oak. Delfina is made using high quality of fruit and is designed to typify all that is great about the variety and the region.

3 Domaine Gayda Flying Solo Grenache Blanc/Viognier, 13% Pays d`oc, France A superb blend of 85% Grenache Balnc and 15% Viognier. Lots of juicy citrus and tropical fruits, with some peachy nuttiness too. Te palate is crisp and refreshing with a good finish. Domaine Guy Allion, Sauvignon de Touraine, Franc e 12.5% A superb expression of modern style Sauvignon Blanc produced in the Loire Valley, this wine is full of superbly crisp minerally fruit counterbalanced by good refreshing acidity. A really top class and great value Touraine Sauvignon. Esk Valley Sauvignon Blanc, Marborough, New Zealand 13% This is a very intense and powerful wine. True to its Marborough origins its flavours are a mix of ripe tropical fruits, citrus and cooler notes of fresh herbs, tomato leaf and pea pod. It is a dry and full bodied but a crisp finish provides freshness and length. Chablis Domaine Fournillon, France 12.5% A wonderfully well balanced and rounded Chablis, with crisp notes of green apples. While on the palate the freshness continues and some lovely hints of minerality and even more green apples and hints of pear giving you a long finish and a zippy acidity. Red Wines Measurements 125ml 175ml Carafe Bottle Cal Y Canto Tempranillo, Merlot Syrah, Tierra de Castilla, Spain 13% Loaded with raspberry and black cherry aromas, cedar chips and violet notes and a hint of vanilla. The palate is juicy and fresh with some spiciness. Smooth and easy drinking wine with good structure and complexity. Running Duck Shiraz, Fair Trade and Organic, Western Cape, South Africa 13.5% The nose offers fresh blackberry, bramble and black pepper. Lots of spice and cinnamon on the palate, ripe black fruit with a real warmth on the finish. Jean Balmont Merlot, Pays D`Oc, France 13% Lovely ripe plum, mocha and spice aromas. Smooth and velvety in the mouth with a touch of cinnamon and spice overlaying damson and cherry flavours. Lingers nicely with some wild strawberry coming through. Medium-light in body and very refreshing.

4 Franschhoek Cellar, Stone Bridge Pinotage, Western Cape, South Africa 14% A nose of pepper, earthy spice and bright red berry fruit. Soft and luscious on the palate, with strawberry and vanilla flavours, with a touch of garrigue spice. Montepulciano D Abruzzo Villa Enzo, Italy 13.0% Cherry and leather hints on the nose followed by dominant flavours of plums and touches of cedar. A vibrant, medium bodied wine with refreshing acidity. The Montepulciano grape is used by winemaker Moncaro to make this red wine. The fruit is sourced exclusively from Montepulciano d'abruzzo, part of the Abruzzi region of Italy. Ciconia Tinto, Herdade de São Miguel, Alentejo - Syrah(Shiraz), Tempranillo, Touriga Nacional, Portugal 13.5% A rounded, rich and balanced style with complex berry aromas and spicy raspberry fruit. This wine possesses complex berry aromas with spicy raspberry and some toasted notes as a result of a short period in oak, the result being a rounded, smooth, rich and balanced style. La Linda Malbec, Mendoza, Argentina 14% The wine shows dark cherry fruit, alongside blackberry and plum and some smoky oak. The palate is full but not overpowering and the smooth oak tannies are well integrated with the pleasing dark fruits. Banda Azul Crianza Rioja, Paternina Grenache & Tempranillo 13.5% Benchmark Rioja with touches of forest floor, mushrooms and smoke intermingled with creamy vanilla. Bodegas Paternina made Hemingway's favourite Rioja and was also a favoured by the poet Robert Graves who kept a room full of it in his house in Deya, Majorca. Fleurie, Les Florines, Jacques Charlet, France 14% A classic nose, slightly gummy, but with lots of ripe raspberry and blackcurrant notes. The palate is round and supple, with a wonderful softness. Some smokiness and floral help to lift this wine well. Escarpment The Edge Pinot Noir, Martinborough 12.5% A fuller bodied style of Pinot that is rich and textured. Full of a combination of black and red fruits, smokiness and some toasty oak. The finish is long and filled to the brim with vibrant red berry fruits. Les Charmes de Grand Corbin, St Emilion Grand Cru % The Right Banks Bordeauxs are beautiful blends that consist mostly Merlot, making some of the most sought-after wines in the world. The moderate climate of Bordeaux creates medium plus tannins and a stilted structure accent very earthy soil, tobacco, tar along with blackberry, raspberry, and plum on the nose and palate. The palate is full yet with elegance and feels fresh on the long satisfying finish. A Grand Cru wine that delights with great St Emilion typicity.

5 Duhart-Milon-Rothschild, Pauillac ½ bottle 13% The fine wine from Château Duhart-Milon is often described as a classic version of the Pauillac appellation. It has a distinguished and reserved character. Duhart Milon is a Pauillac estate owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild. The wine chais are located in Pauillac town and the property has a similar climate to that enjoyed by the Médoc: maritime, with the Gironde estuary and the Bay of Biscay combining to act as a climate regulator and the coastal pine forests sheltering the vines from the westerly and northwesterly winds. The vineyards (Cabernet Sauvignon 65%, Merlot 30%and Cabernet Franc 5%) border Lafite Rothschild. Indeed, a very long time ago Duhart Milon was the second wine of Lafite. Vinification includes oak ageing, up to 40% new. Duhart Milon Rothschild is classified as a 4ème Cru Classé Vintage: This dense ruby/purple-coloured blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon and 33% Merlot has filled out nicely during its upbringing in wood. It exhibits a fruitcake, cedar, spice box, plum, black raspberry, and currant-scented bouquet, excellent richness, moderate levels of sweet tannin, fine purity, and a complex style. Anticipated maturity: Produced by the Rothschild's brilliant administrator, Charles Chevalier, Duhart Milon is a wine to watch! 89 Pts Robert Parker, Wine Advocate Pontet-Canet, Pauillac 750ml 13% Chateau Pontet Canet is a large Pauillac estate that can trace its origins back to 1725, when Jean-François Pontet gave his name to the estate he had acquired. In 1975 the property was sold to Guy Tesseron, of the Tesseron family, one of the finest exponents of luxury, very old, aged Cognacs. Today, Château Pontet-Canet is owned and run by Alfred and Michel Tesseron. Pontet-Canet's 78 hectares of vineyards adjoin those of Mouton Rothschild and are planted with Cabernet Sauvignon (63%), Merlot (32%) and Cabernet Franc (5%). The Tesserons have vastly improved the quality of the Pontet-Canet wines and they are considered by many to rank with some of the very best coming out of Bordeaux the vienayrds are now farmed 100% Biodynamically. The wines are now full-bodied and packed with ripe, chewy, black fruits and finely integrated tannins. Pontet-Canet is classified as a 5ème Cru Classé Vintage: One cannot say enough about the labors of proprietor Alfred Tesseron, who has personally overseen the dramatic increase in quality of the wines at Pontet-Canet which started in a significant manner with This is a classic Pauillac-styled wine (meaning oodles of cassis flavors), as one might expect from a vineyard on the plateau of Pauillac, across the street from Mouton-Rothschild. One of the great successes of the vintage and certainly one of the most profound Pontet-Canets made over the last decade is the Deep purple to the rim with a glorious nose of scorched earth, black currant jam, smoke, licorice, and roasted meats, it is full-bodied, incredibly powerful, dense, with low acidity but high tannin, broad-shouldered, and savory.
