This fine and rare wine has been carefully chosen for its pedigree, quality and because it is in a particularly enjoyable phase of its life. Kept at optimal freshness by using the revolutionary Coravin device which allows by the glass pours without pulling the cork. TASTING NOTES: Lynch-Bages is one of the great stars of Bordeaux, given its status and price its closer to a 2 nd growth than a humble 5 th We are lucky to have secured some of the 2008 vintage many years ago and we are ageing them in our cellars in perfect conditions. The 2008 vintage is often called the last of the great but affordable vintages and we are delighted to be able to offer this exceptional wine at a fairly moderate price of 39 per a glass of 125ml PER A GLASS OF 125ML Lynch-Bages 2008 is full of plump black fruit and cassis accompanied by silky oak tones and aging notes of cedar wood and an autumn forest floor. It has retained some of its classy floral freshness and still carries the typical cassis note of its Pauillac origin but started to mature and develop into a truly stunning fine wine ready to be enjoyed now. The PJ non-vintage embodies the elegance of the style of the house. Citrus & white flower notes combine with concentrated red berry flavours to produce a wine with great elegance, finesse & a complex finish. 344 Bollinger Special Cuvée Brut NV Aÿ, France One of the classic, full bodied style Grande Marque Champagnes with wonderful balance, fresh fruit character and toasted brioche notes. 377 Moët & Chandon Brut Imperial NV Épernay, France Perhaps the best known Champagne, the Brut Imperial from Moët embodies their house style: crisp & clean. Expect to be impressed. 342 Piper Heidsieck Rare Vintage Reims, France Structured, full-bodied & bursting with fruit, this wine is a blend of 17 crus matured for over seven years in the house s cellars. The 2002 vintage is noted for its richness & generosity. 97 points Wine Spectator. 385 Krug Grande Cuvée NV Reims, France Krug remains at the very summit of Champagne-making. This is a Pinot dominated blend, still fermented in oak barrels & bottle-aged for a minimum of 6 years. Krug prefer to look on this wine as a multi-vintage blend with all of the complexities & nuances one would expect rather than merely non-vintage. 397 Krug Vintage Reims, France Rich, precise, complex & indulgent, the house of Krug wanted to create a vintage for the last year of the millennium. Known as Gourmandise Orageuse (Stormy Indulgence), this vintage brings together the complexity & generosity of a very exciting year. 387 Louis Roederer Cristal Reims, France One of the most luscious Champagnes ever made, this needs no further introduction. ROSÉ CHAMPAGNE 398 Moët & Chandon Brut Impérial Rosé NV Épernay, France This Rosé Impérial Brut radiates romance & style with its fruitiness, seductiveness & elegance. Notes of strawberry, raspberry & cherry dominate the nose, followed by a lively palate of fresh summer red berries with floral nuances & a light, peppery touch. 389 Deutz Rosé NV Aÿ, France A wonderful & delicate classic salmon pink colour. The nose is fresh with aromas of cherries & blackberries. The palate is surprisingly concentrated & delicious with an extremely fine & beautifully balanced finish.

Dependably brilliant, with a depth of flavour & rarely-found complexity. 381 Dom Perignon Rosé Vintage 2003/ Épernay, France Produced only in exceptional years, Dom Perignon Rosé represents one of the finest rosé wines in Champagne. The result is a fresh and perfumed wine with aromas of citrus, grapefruit, lime, apple and apricot. 141 La Rosa, Dourosa White Quinta de la Rose, Douro, Portugal Expressive white fruit aromas with noticeable minerality. On the palate, plenty of richness as well as citrus fruit flavours, with a lively & very enjoyable finish. Somehow rather counter intuitively it has a touch of Chassagne Montrachet about it! The vineyards have a high altitude, above the Douro Valley & were especially identified by iconic wine maker, Jorge Moreira for the purpose of making this wine.

Myriad tropical fruits on the nose and tangy grapefruit and pineapple on the palate. Smooth rounded & elegant with beautifully poised acidity. 124 Pomino Bianco DOC Marchesi di Frescobaldi, Toscana, Italy An incredibly elegant, delicate & totally charming blend of Chardonnay & Pinot Blanc from one of the greatest wine makers of Tuscany: a real discovery! 114 Petit Chablis, Domaine d Elise Chablis, Burgundy, France Wines from Frederic Prain have a distinguishing characteristic as he harvests his grapes later than usual in order to achieve full maturation of his grapes.
