1 WINES BY THE GLASS WHITE 175ml Glass 1. ROMANIA 2 PINOT GRIGIO, Calusari, Ripe pear and spice on the nose follow through on to the palate in this beautifully refreshing, crisp, dry wine. 2. FRANCE 2 Dry Cuvee, Pierre et Papa, A fresh and aromatic wine. Crisp and lively with an abundance of peach, honey, apple and citrus fruit. 3. AUSTRIA 1 GRUNER VELTLINER, Federspiel Terrassen, Domane Wachau, A versatile and delicious wine with marked white pepper, grapefruit and citrus aromas. The finish is elegant and long. RED 4. ROMANIA C PINOT NOIR, Calusari, A riot of red fruits and spice. Medium-bodied with a lovely, refreshing finish. If this seductive red was from France it would be twice the price. 5. CHILE C MERLOT, Los Espinos, Juicy, fruit-packed red with supple bramble and blackberry fruit and soft, creamy tannins with a lip smacking finish. 6. AUSTRALIA D SHIRAZ/CABERNET, The Wrong Un, One Chain Vineyards, A bright, spicy red with ripe berry flavours and a lovely velvety texture. Youthful and spicy, it is ideal on its own or with lightly spiced meats. SPARKLING 7. ITALY PROSECCO SPUMANTE DOC, Passaparola, N/V Delicious crisp palate with aromatic pear and apple flavours. 2 CHAMPAGNE 8H. FRANCE PIERRE MIGNON Grande Reserve Brut Champagne, N/V A crisp, well balanced Champagne with citrus hints on the nose with touches of brioche and yeastiness. The palate is fresh, clean and lively with a creamy mousse and long finish. 9. FRANCE BOLLINGER "SPECIAL CUVEE", N/V A popular Champagne due to Bollinger s heavier style which has nice fruit and some complexity. 10. FRANCE VEUVE CLICQUOT "Yellow Label", N/V One of the best and most consistent non-vintages. Nice depth of flavour and good character. HERMANN S SELECTION WHITE A. SUDTIROL PINOT BIANCO WEISSBURGUNDER FESTIVAL, Cantina Meran, Ripe pear and melons on the nose lead to a beautifully fresh yet rich palate of quince, minerals and spice. A sophisticated wine with Alpine freshness guaranteed. B. NEW ZEALAND SAUVIGNON BLANC, Cloudy Bay, This wine needs little introduction! As sought after today as it was on its introduction in the mid 80 s, Cloudy Bay continues to make iconic, characterful wines that are the epitome of Marlborough Sauvignon. Full-flavoured with ripe guava, mango, lychee and gooseberry flavours followed by great texture and mouthfeel. Memorable stuff! RED C. SUDTIROL LAGREIN FESTIVAL, Alto Adige, A red interloper in an area more famous for white wine, this is aromatic and bright with crunchy red fruits on the palate, eminently refreshing and dangerously drinkable. D. ARGENTINA FELINO MALBEC, Cobos, Paul Hobbs is justifiably famous for producing some of the finest wines in the U.S and South America. His Felino Malbec is youthful, succulent and juicy with savoury, earthy tones and a delicious minerally, fruit-packed finish. E. CALIFORNIA ZINFANDEL, Eberle Steinbeck & Wine Bush Vineyards, Eberle Zinfandel displays classic aromatics reminiscent of sweet briar fruit, flavours of ripe blackberry and raspberry accented by hints of earth, pepper and sweet oak. G. ITALY AMARONE DELLA VALPOLICELLA, DOCG, Ilatium Morini, Amarone is quite simply liquid velvet. Very intense and ample, with nuances of ripe red fruits and kirsch, spicy notes such as vanilla, nutmeg, black pepper and cocoa. The mouth is very warm, soft and fresh, with delicate oak and tannin. A wine with a rich body.

3 WHITE WINE SELECTION LIGHT, CRISP AND REFRESHING 14. N/ZEALAND SAUVIGNON BLANC, Stoney Range, Sherwood, A pronounced, herbaceous nose with plenty of ripe gooseberries, guava and nettles - very typically Marlborough style. The palate is crisp, racy and mouth-watering with hints of grapefruit and a long, enticing finish. 15. FRANCE CHABLIS, Domaine Defaix, Minerally and flinty with a touch of green apple. This is an elegant, dry Chablis, with a long, complex finish. 16. FRANCE SANCERRE BLANC, Domaine Daulny, A classic Sauvignon. Pure, crisp, grassy, lean and racy with complex flavours of citrus and mineral. 16A.FRANCE CHARDONNAY, IGP Pays D Oc, Montsable Beautifully balanced with ripeness, acidity, length and real structure. A very classy Chardonnay ROUND AND AROMATIC 17. ITALY PINOT GRIGIO, Bella Modella, Beautifully light and vibrant with zesty, citrus character and refreshing quality. 18. ARGENTINA VIOGNIER, Santa Rosa, Santa Rosa were one of the first wineries in Argentina to produce Viognier and it has been a massive hit. Well balanced, with crisp acidity and measured alcohol. Apricot fruit dominates with just a touch of spice. 19. AUSTRIA RIESLING, SMARAGD TERRASSEN, Domäne Wachau, Profound and intense aromas with hints of exotic fruit and spice. Minerality on the palate, knife edge balance and a sensationally long, elegant, refined finish. RICH AND COMPLEX 20. SPAIN RIOJA BLANCO, Barrel Fermented, Luis Canas, Refreshing barrel fermented Rioja, made from the fashionable Viura grape. Toasty on the nose with hints of citrus fruit followed by freshness and a good, structured finish. 21. FRANCE CHABLIS 1er Cru VAUCOUPIN, Domaine Grossot, A splendidly complex bouquet, mingling fresh fruit, white flowers, freshness, and that mineral quality so typical of fine Chablis. 22. FRANCE POUILLY FUISSE, Domaine Les Vieux Murs, Fussiacus, A classic example of Southern Burgundy wine, this has an intense mineral and citrus character with strong hints of complex nutty, buttery flavours. Very well balanced with crisp acidity and good texture, this is a concentrated yet elegant wine.

France Côtes de Provence Rosé, Cuvée Des Lices, Ravoire et Fils Fresh and balanced with strawberry and white peach flavours. RED WINE SELECTION VIBRANT, YOUTHFUL AND FRUITY 24. SPAIN TEMPRANILLO, Ja! Viñedos Tinedo, Beautiful bright red-purple colour. Alive and fresh, with soft tannins and a medium finish. 25. AUSTRIA ZWEIGELT, Domäne Wachau, Generous and rich with aromas of red berries and a touch of liquorice. Fine, attractive tannin and a long finish. 26. CHILE PINOT NOIR, Nostros, Light and fragrant, made from grapes grown in the cooler Casablanca region of Chile. Bright, wild strawberry and raspberry fruits dominate a soft, supple palate which leads through to a gentle, warming finish. 27. FRANCE FLEURIE, Les Roches du Vivier, Domaine Berrod, A youthful yet concentrated Beaujolais displaying juicy violet and raspberry fruit with a pleasant savoury edge. Rounded and soft with an elegant, silky finish.

5 SMOOTH AND ELEGANT 28. FRANCE COTES DU RHONE VILLAGES ROUGE, Guillaume Gonnet 'Le Hardi', 2015 Often described as a Baby Châteauneuf du Pape, this wine is rich, complex, yet approachable. 42. ITALY MONTEPULCIANO D ABRUZZO, Zero, DOC, Collefrisio, Rich, savoury, complex version of that old Italian classic. Ample dark, herby, black fruit with hints of spice. 45. ITALY CHIANTI RISERVA DOCG, Baccio, Le Chiantigiane, Brambles, morello cherries and ripe fruits are balanced with soft tannins and acidity. A real classic! 30. FRANCE GRENACHE/SYRAH, Lirac, Guillaume Gonnet, Soft, elegant and full of black fruit spice and garrigue, with a hint of liquorice and truffle. 31. FRANCE CROZES HERMITAGE, 'Les Pierrelles', Domaine Albert Belle, France, Well-balanced with dark fruits and subtle spice combined with integrated wood. A rich, savoury example. RICH AND CONCENTRATED 29. CHILE CARMENERE, Orzada, A beautiful nose of ripe, dark berry fruit. On the palate there are flavours of summer pudding, a lovely, creamy texture and fine, gentle tannin. Complex, very long and fantastic quality. 32. CHILE MERLOT, Armador, Odfjell, Chile's favourite grape is coaxed into making a fleshy, ripe, plummy red with tasty licks of chocolate and coffee. 33. AUSTRALIA CABERNET SHIRAZ, The Musician, Majella, Using the same fabulous fruit that goes into the much revered Majella Cabernet and Shiraz, Musician is a younger, more fruit-driven version using a little less new oak. Blackcurrant, eucalyptus and mint on the nose followed by a huge whack of juicy, savoury fruit on the palate. This is pure Coonawarra at a bargain price awesome! 36. ARGENTINA BONARDA, Serie A, Familia Zuccardi, Packed with rich red and black fruit, savoury cherry and chocolate character and silky tannins. 46. SPAIN LU&BE, Dominio Cair, DO Ribera del Duero, Deep solid ruby garnet with an intense nose and balanced fruit and oak with nuances of chocolate, leather and cedar. A meaty palate with very sweet tannins and a long, lingering finish. 35. SPAIN RIOJA RESERVA, Luis Canas, Deep cherry red, clean and bright. Good aromatic intensity with notes of ripe red fruits over a base of elegant balsamic. The palate is tasty, mellow and fresh with fine nuances of sweet fruit. It has volume and the tannins are well-integrated and polished.

6 PORT 50ml 37. PORTUGAL RUBY, Delaforce, N/V Smooth, silky, deliciously fresh, sweet raspberry fruit flavours. 39. PORTUGAL VINTAGE PORT, Almost black in colour, Delaforce Vintage Port is packed with blackcurrant and dark red berry fruits. DESSERT 50ml 37.5cl Btl 44. HUNGARY KIRALY TOKAJI, St Tamas Simply nectar in a glass. Aromatic, grapey, pure fruit. Perfect with cheese,pudding or just with a coffee. 40. AUSTRIA BEERENAUSELESE, TERRASSEN, Domäne Wachau, Very open and inviting aromas of passion fruit and pineapple, lemon balm honey and some white peach. Multilayered and full of finesse. Great combination of sweetness, acidity and fruit. 70cl Btl 43. ARGENTINA MALAMADO MALBEC, Zuccardi, A port style wine, red-purple colour of medium intensity, with light brown hues due to its ageing. Immensely concentrated, ripe plums, black fruits marmalade, dried figs and nuts. A rich, complex wine with final spicy notes like cinnamon, toasted almonds and leather.
