Montsant 11 Bright pale pink, this dry rosé is fresh and delicate with floral notes on the nose and A blend of Granacha and Syrah it works beautifully with a variety of foods from light appetizers and salads to holiday meals Bimai (Txakoli) D.O. Getariako Txakolina 12 Shows a bit of spritz upon opening and it is surprisingly bright and refreshing, the yellow and green citrus fruit definitely shows ripeness and it's balanced out nicely. Valdeorras 12 Exhibits lots of wet stone and chalky minerality as well as intense notes of white currants and a delicate hint of apricots. Rich and intense minerality, with wonderful freshness as well as precision Paco & Lola (Albariño) D.O. Rias Baixas 12 This is a chic and fun Albariño with an attractive straw color expressing fine notes of green apples, pear, and lemony aromas. The palate is clean and textured eductive and exotic notes of pineapple and mango.

Valdeorras 14 This predominately godello wine was named "Louro do Bolo" after the vineyard district that the grapes were sourced from. Attractive pale yellow colour. Campo de Borja 12 The palate is a mix of nectarine skin and tropical melon fruit with a clean fresh finish. Oysters, heirloom tomato salads, goat cheese it all works here Conde de Valdemar, Crianza (Tempranillo) D.O.C. Rich and intense with wonderful freshness as well as precision Avancia JO (Godello) D.O. Valdeorras 55 Citrus into pear aromas. Very clean and crisp aromas. Mineral and shellfish Palate is a bit more robust, with an ashy and almond note. This wine makes all your food taste better Louro (Godello & Treixadura ) D.O. Valdeorras 56 This predominately godello wine was named "Louro do Bolo" after the vineyard district that the grapes were sourced from. Attractive pale yellow colour. Beautifully balanced on the palate, fresh and vibrant, very intense and with a strong Clos Pissarra, El Sol Blanc (White Granache ) D.O. Montsant was a great vintage for the area and as such the grapes had ample time to develop evenly on the vines. This vineyard carried a very light load develop that was able to ripen peaches and apricot with a touch of almonds with a long and lingering aftertaste.

The palate has very intense flavors, a powerful wine reflecting the austerity of Priorat resulting in a combination of power and elegance, with good balance.

This Garnacha changed constantly in the mouth, from very fruity to fresh and delicate. Loads of very ripe and silky cherries, very very long aftertaste and hints of chocolate. D. O. Navarra Navarra, northern Spain, is one of the most important wine-producing zones in the entire Iberian Peninsula.
