Right from the heart of the Vega Baja del Segura region, in the town of Benejúzar (Alicante), our Extra Virgin olive oil is produced combining advanced technology and ancient Spanish knowhow and traditions. Only by this manner, we can extract the pure essence of the land in Pinohermoso, Lo Rubes and the emblematic La Zarzuela country estates. The fertile and high quality of the land in the Vega Baja del Segura region, better known as Europe s garden, has adopted into its soil the roots of our remarkable Arbequina olive tree variety and has provided us with a never-before-seen premium aroma and taste. All of this can be discovered inside each and every bottle our our Extra Virgin olive oil, harvested and produced patience, with environmental respect and following the López-Sala family traditions.

The highlevel training of our engineers combined with our commitment to quality allows us to closely monitor each step of the harvesting process, providing the best possible conditions to reach our final goal of product excellence. Some important details such as, hand-picked harvested olives, right at their ideal ripening phase, rejecting mechanical methods and the immediate delivery to our modern olive mill, takes us directly to the extraction of the olive oil in 2 different phases. Accomplished at low temperatures, treated with advanced technology and preserved in stainless steel tanks and finally bottled upon order.
