It s restaurant cuisine is based on 4 principles: Home of Pata Negra, a spectacular selection of Ibérico hams Farm-to-Table, as we re farmers since 1366 Product-based cuisine from the Duero Valley, natural and healthy Slow Food, that combines diversity with sustainable agriculture.
