3 WELCOME Held over the Melbourne Cup long weekend, this iconic festival is one of the most anticipated events on the local calendar and showcases the best wines and gourmet food from around the Surf Coast, Moorabool Valley and Bellarine Peninsula. The two-day event, just an hour out of Melbourne, offers guests the chance to taste, drink and eat their way across a selection of award-winning wineries while enjoying the picturesque vineyard settings and live entertainment. Now in it s 17th year, Toast to the Coast is a true celebration of our unique Geelong wine region, the perfect day out or weekend away, and also includes a multitude of family-friendly venues. Weekend passes include a commemorative take-home Geelong Wine glass which doubles as your passport to free wine tastings at all host vineyards. This year s event is set to be a sellout so make sure you book tickets early to avoid disappointment.

4 MOORABOOL VALLEY AUSTINS & CO / 6FT6 Sip and Graze at Austins & Co. Join us for a weekend of delicious food and wine at Austins & Co. Tastings from 6Ft6 and Austins & Co. ranges will be available all weekend, along with live music and a plentiful array of food from Annie s Kitchen. Delicious food and wine matching stations will include: Prosecco & Oyster Bar Raclette & Chardonnay Station Beef Brisket Burgers to be enjoyed with Pinot Noir Chocolate Olive Oil Cupcakes and Shiraz for dessert. FAMILY FRIENDLY Kids area with drawing station and games available. WINERY/WINE Experience tastings from our cool climate wines, from 6ft6 and Austins & Co. We will also have our frozen wine cocktails available for purchase by the glass, including Frosé and Pinot Gris Mojitos. FOOD Artisanal food brought to you by Annie s Kitchen, designed to be shared and enjoyed with friends. ENTERTAINMENT Live music will be performed from 11.30am 4.30pm by acoustic guitarist, Abe Anderson. BARWON RIDGE Barwon Ridge provides an intimate location for car and small bus based wine lovers. Slow down, chat to the owners and taste multiple award-winning wines. See our new Heritage Block of Pinot Meunier that has been planted with vines that first went from the Barrabool Hills to Best s Great Western in the 1860s, and which have now been returned to the Barrabool Hills. We will bring out some older vintages for special tasting. Enjoy simple but flavoursome plates of gourmet sausages, cheeses and our home made produce. FAMILY FRIENDLY Plenty of space for kids and dogs to run around. WINERY/WINE Release of 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon, tasting of gold medal winning Pinot Noir, Shiraz and Chardonnay. SPENCE WINES CLYDE PARK Come and enjoy Clyde Park s authentic working winery this Toast To The Coast weekend and be one of the first to try our handpicked 2017 wines including Estate Sauvignon Blanc, Estate Fume Blanc, Estate Pinot Gris, Estate Chardonnay, B3 Single Block Chardonnay (97 points James Halliday), Estate Pinot Noir, B2 Pinot Noir, F Block Pinot Noir, D Block Pinot Noir (97 point James Halliday), Estate Shiraz and E Block Shiraz. Have a chat to our winemaker Ben Mullen in a private masterclass (bookings essential). Meet local producers at market stalls set up inside the barrel room, with cheese & charcuterie tastings and fresh produce for sale whilst enjoying live music from some of Geelong s best. MOORABOOL RIDGE Moorabool Ridge is renowned for it beauty and tranquility on the bank of the Moorabool River. A local singer will add to the tranquil environment in which to relax enjoy good wine food and company. Wanders in the vineyard and along the river are available. FAMILY FRIENDLY Opened grassed area. 5 BELLARINE BASILS FARM Enjoy wine tastings of the Basil s Farm range of handcrafted wines including Prosecco, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Noir and more! For fun, sip a GinSecco featuring The Whiskery Bellarine Gin and Basils Prosecco. A delicious Bellarine bounty menu including Antipasto Platters and Bush to Bay-Walk n Fork dishes. Live music with Della s funky 4-piece band on Saturday and Jazz duo Nadine and Phillip on Sunday. FAMILY FRIENDLY Plenty of room for the kids to play on the large grassed areas or have fun in the sandpit. Say hello to the resident farm animals including chickens, ducks, baby doll sheep and Llamas. WINERY/WINE The Basils Farm and Basils Farmhouse rage of wines will be available for tasting all weekend with special wine offers available for Toast participants. Toast weekend we will also launch a new taste sensation. The Basils Farm Ginsecco a delicious cocktail featuring the Bellarine s own Gin from The Whiskery and Basils Farm Prosecco with seasonal flavours. FOOD Bush to Bay - Walk and Fork. Our menu will be designed around our own Basils Farm produce and locally farmed produce, ingredients foraged from the bush or fished from the bay. The Walk and Fork idea is for guests to choose a dish and be free to walk around, or choose multiple dishes to share with friends, tapas style. ENTERTAINMENT Live music all weekend 12-4pm! We have a weekend of fun planned for you with tastings of our outstanding wines, live music, food trucks, giant chess and checkers, sprawling lawns, Bella Smoked Salmon and our fabulous Shaken not Stirred cocktails. We love our guests to take their time, so invite them to wander outside and enjoy a glass of wine under the umbrellas or take a moment to taste our estate grown extra virgin olive oils. FOOD Visitors have the choice of dining at our contemporary restaurant Oakdene inside the original homestead, or our café Mr Oakdene nestled amongst the birch trees. The lawn bar at Mr Grubb is open and this year and the 2 & 1/2 Chefs Food Truck will be offering delicious casual food options outside the cellar door. 6 BELLARINE SCOTCHMANS HILL Take a wander down to Scotchmans Road on the 3rd and 4th of November to taste award-winning cool climate wines incuding our new vintages of our refreshing Swan Bay range. Our award-winning Scotchmans Hill wines are not to be missed either. All in the Barrel Hall of the original Bellarine! Live music will be played on both days from 1pm to 4pm presenting Scotchmans Hill s very own resident musician, Alex Vaux-Miller, playing Pop and Folk music. Before you head off, pick up one of the special wine packs we are offering in that weekend only to celebrate the new vintages! WINERY/WINE At the Barrel Hall: Free wine tasting for Ticket Holder. At the Cellar Door: Wine tasting $5 per person. TERINDAH ESTATE Bringing together award-winning wines, delectable food and spectacular vies across Port Phillip Bay, is The Bellarine Peninsula s most beautiful boutique venue - Terindah Estate. This year we will have live bands playing from 12pm featuring Like This & Mr. Meaner. The Shed will be serving lunch from 12pm and picnic style food will also be available to enjoy on the lawn. Settle either in the cellar door or outside on the lawn under the shade of trees, umbrellas or marquees. Relax around tables or on picnic rugs overlooking the vineyard.
