9 RATES & REQUIREMENTS DEPOSIT TO BOOK - $500 + Contract CEREMONIES - $500 We have a waterfront, outdoor ceremony site with a solid wood arbor. The ceremony fee includes the use of the site, the arbor, two dressing rooms & 150 white folding ceremony chairs. We can seat our main dining room for indoor ceremonies for up to 150 people as well. Ceremonies must begin between 4 pm and 6:30 pm. FACILITY RENTAL Full Facility $ Sunday $800 This includes the Main Dining Room, West Room, Grill Room & Patio Main Dining Room Only - Limited availability $200 Daytime $400 Evening Our private facility offers a beautiful view of North Bay in Lynn Haven, FL and is secluded within the quiet neighborhood of Country Club Harbor Estates. The bay is visible from our wraparound back deck and our floor to ceiling windows covering the entire back wall of our building. The reception fee includes table set-up, up to 190 banquet chairs, table linen, linen napkins, standard glassware, standard silverware, standard clear glass plates for salads and hors d oeuvres, standard dinner plates for entrees. PCC staff will set up & clean up your custom floor plan and all items included in your rental. The rental includes the use of our space for a four hour time block. Receptions must conclude no later than 11:00 pm. PAYMENT Your final headcount & payment of the full event balance is due seven days before your event. The deposit to book cannot be applied to the balance. BANQUET REQUIREMENTS A minimum of $27 per person for at least 75 guests must be spent on food selected from our banquet menu. Events with less than 75 guests must spend $2000 minimum on food. All menu items are priced per person. State of Florida sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added to your food purchase. All banquets are full service. PCC staff will prepare, serve and clean-up all food service items necessary for your menu. CAKE SERVICE Events bringing in their own cake or other plated desserts will be charged a mandatory $2 per person for set-up of all required tables, plates, napkins and silverware. PCC staff will set-up & clean up all items necessary for cake service, cut your cake & plate it for your guests. BAR FEE - $150 We have a full bar and cocktail hour lounge offering customizable open bars, cash bars, signature drinks, kegs, champagne toasts, wine by the case, soft drinks, punches, sports drinks or any combination of these. Our bar is full service. State of Florida sales tax and 20% gratuity will be added to your beverage purchase. Additional Pop-up Bars can be added to your event for $150. CONSULTATIONS & EVENT COORDINATION We offer unlimited consultations by appointment, over the phone and via with our event coordinator to develop your floor plan, menu and bar preferences. Day of Coordination of your event is also available through a separate contract. Place card printing & coordination is $100.
