Everything going according to plan After reading our brochure and going over the options we offer you, starting on page 12 you will find a checklist that we have put together for your convenience. We ask you to fill it out and bring it with you to our first meeting at the Reussenstein, or it back to us. At that meeting (ca. 3 to 5 weeks before the occasion) you will sit together with our Master Chef, or your personal event s planner and will go through the checklist and discuss all of your options. One of our service personnel will then show you around the area in which you and your guests will be having your meal. Additionally, you can take the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. 2. With us, quality makes all the difference Hotel Restaurant "Zum Reussenstein" is Böblingen s most traditional, family-run hospitality enterprise for 3 generations. We are happy to have you and proudly present you with famous TV Chef Timo Böckle s original dishes and recipes. Everything that we cook at the Reussenstein is prepared in careful craftsmanship by our well-trained cooks, using all the tools of the trade. All of our products are 100% Locally sourced, from within 100km from your table 100% Fresh to deliver the best of what the Swabian region has to offer. We use only products at the peak of their season. 100% Swabian. Our long history, traditions, local products and Timo Böckle s innovation all come together for a unique culinary experience. If you have not gotten to know us personally yet, we humbly invite you to peak over and watch our cooks as they work, speak with our very friendly staff and walk around as you please during your first visit to our Restaurant. 3. Your way to an optimally planned celebration Download this brochure Call us at / , or us at info@reussenstein.com and let us know of the date of your event, preferably at least 8 weeks in advance, so we have time to work on all of the details. At your leisure, review our selection of products and services in this brochure. Create your own personal menu with the help of our suggestions. Consolidate your data, select all the dishes and drinks you want and write it all in the business event checklist starting on page 12. Now it s time we meet, to go through the fine tuning together. You can make an appointment for personal meeting with one of our event experts by calling us at / , or by ing us at info@reussenstein.com. The appointments with the Master Chef are always from Tuesday to Friday at 1.30 pm, or at 5.30 pm. 4 4. Creative Cocktail and Champagne receptions with down-home Swabian character Many hosts choose to have welcome drinks before the festive occasion. If you wish, when the guests arrive at our restaurant, a cocktail reception will be prepared for them. Wald & Wiesencocktail A refreshing delicacy made with: fresh picked Fir tips, wild Baby s breath (sweet woodruff), Mint, Organic Beetroot sugar, Gin With alcohol 0,2 l 7,40 Without alcohol 0,2 l 6,40 Hägenscherry Rosehip wine made from selected rosehips growing wild in the foothills of the local mountain range. With alcohol 0,4 l 4,80 Kir Regional Reussenstein s sparkling wine combined with wild blackberry liqueur. Price per glass 0.2 l 5,80 Prigglsägd Sparkling wine served pure or mixed with elderberry or rose petal syrup. Price per glass 0.2 l 4,90 Alcohol free options Youths, as well as guests who need to drive later, can gladly join in the toast with a glass of fruity sparkling "Frusägdle". This is our popular alcohol-free aperitif made of apple and pear juice from local fruit tree groves and refined with various berry juices. 5 5. Our tips for creating your special festive menu Put together the individual menu as you please and fill out the little check boxes next to each item you want. You can choose from the following list. Please select ONE appetizer for all TWO main dishes the guests will be choosing from and ONE dessert for all Good to know We use only fresh, at-the-peak of their season products and sometimes this results in inability to have certain items on the menu year round. For the specific times of the year when we have extra ingredients (such as berries, asparagus, special mushrooms and etc.) and your special day should take place during one of those times of the year, we will have an additional list of seasonal delicacies ready for you. Please be advised that we DO NOT serve tap water, all of our water is bottled and if you would want it to be included to your party s menu, you need to select it on this list and indicate how many bottles! You can receive these and further tips, during our meeting. Good to know In our drinks section we also exclusively offer products that were produced in the Swabian region and made to our order. With our table wine service, bottles will be charged as soon as they are opened. ~ 5 ~

10 8. The right space arrangement for your festivities Here is a list of the dining areas and their capacity in our establishment. During our meeting about the menu, we will also show you the seating layout options and the seating charts for your special event. Dining area I for up to 30 people Dining area II for up to 20 people Dining area I & II for up to 58 people Dining area I & II including sunroom for up to 72 people, if a dance floor is desired up to a maximum of 64 people Sunroom for up to 14 people Good to know. Our restaurant is handicap accessible and offers a wheelchair accessible restroom. Also has a baby care/ breastfeeding room. 9. Coffee and cake in the afternoon Of course, after lunch you can order our Coffee and Cake service until 5 p.m. As you take a small stroll with your guests through the former grounds of the State Garden Show and to the nearby Böblingen lakes, we will see to the coffee table and the cake being ready upon your return. Good to know. Most of our guests order and pay for pie and/or cake at their favorite Bakery and have them delivered directly to us. If you happen to have someone who enjoys baking, you can just drop off their cakes at our restaurant a day before the event. We will keep these appropriately cool and arrange them in the buffet later. We ask for your understanding that we charge a table setting fee of 2.90 /person for the Coffee and Cake events. This fee is for the attending service personnel, the arrangement of the buffet, the setting of the tables, dishes, cutlery, etc. ~ 10 ~

Good to know... This package deal is only valid from Monday to Friday and can only be booked by our Business guests. Please make sure to reserve the rooms for your guests ahead of time. 11.
