5 Menu suggestions Important information Our banquet documentation is valid for groups or orders of 10 people or more. Thank you for your understanding that à la carte orders aren t possible with more than 10 people. We ask you, to limit your menu choice to one menu and, if necessary, a vegetarian version. This saves you long waiting times and guarantees you a smooth running of your event. All dishes are served on plates, without supplement. Of course, supplement is possible for an additional charge and advance reservation. The prices of the individual courses are meant as single portions and include 7.7% VAT. When we put the menu together, the price will be adjusted accordingly. We will inform you about the menu price after your choice. You are welcome to give us a budget for your menu and we will put together a surprise menu for you. Inform us about any allergies and intolerances as early as possible. 9 Information Hotel rooms The Hotel-Restaurant Schönbühl is located in the heart of Hilterfingen, not far from the city of Thun. Our hotel is slightly elevated and offers fantastic views over the Lake of Thun and the mountains. Public transport (boat and bus) is only a few minutes walk from the hotel; the parking spaces are directly in front of the hotel. Our 3*** hotel has 19 double rooms. Almost all rooms have a private balcony and view to the lake. In the morning you enjoy our breakfast (daily until 10 o clock) from our buffet with many regional products, which is included in the room price. Prices: 1 to 9 booked rooms: Room prices by category 10 to 14 booked rooms: 10% off the room rates by category The room for the bridal couple is free 15 to 20 booked rooms: Special price of CHF per room The room for the bridal couple is free The prices include breakfast until 10am and check-out until 12am. The visitor s tax of CHF 4.00 per person and night is not included. Overtime From 00.30am onwards, employee expenses of CH F per hour will be charged. Celebrations are permitted in the restaurant until 3am. After that there is the possibility to party in the Spycher (see after party ). Tap money If you prefer to bring your own wine or spirits, the following prices apply: Wine 7.5dl bottle: CHF per bottle Champagne 7.5dl bottle: CHF per bottle Distillates up to max. 1 litre bottle CHF per bottle Fireworks and lanterns Fireworks and lanterns must be approved in writing by the municipality of Hilterfingen. This approval must be obtained personally by the guest and presented to the Schönbühl s management. Wedding cake We gladly recommend wedding cakes by Mrs Raffaela Wandeler from Puder & Zucker for classic cakes or by Mrs Corinne Sidselrud from Moy Patisserie for imaginative cakes. We charge CHF 3.

Music may be played under those regulations until 3am. 11 Menu cards We are happy to write and print the menu cards for you free of charge. Please let us know, if you are organising it yourself. Covering for chairs The hotel Schönbühl does not provide any covers. If you organise chair covers, we will be happy to install them for you free of charge. Supplement Supplement is not included in the menu price. However, you are very welcome to pre-order supplement service; the number of portions must be defined in advance. In the Spycher we don t serve any longer. We will gladly provide you with the desired drinks. The consumption will be charged according to the consummation. Solar boat We have our own solar boat with space for a maximum of 11 people. Ideal for a romantic transfer from the wedding ceremony to the hotel Schönbühl.
