2 We look forward to welcoming you at the Piz Gloria revolving restaurant! The following information will ensure that nothing gets in the way of the smooth planning of your event: Aperitif We are happy to serve your aperitif with finger foods on the terrace in fine weather, together with the best view of Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau. Please ask for our aperitif menu. Venues Our revolving restaurant offers room for 400 guests. We can serve up to 22 guests in the Crystal Lounge. The Touristorama has a capacity of 330 guests. The Piz Gloria revolving restaurant is open daily to the public. In the evening, it can be booked for exclusive events with up to 400 participants. Number of participants Please let us know how many guests (including children) will be attending the event at the latest 4 days in advance. Prices Prices include service charge and 8% VAT. They are calculated on the basis of a minimum attendance of 10 persons. Scheduling / required time Please make sure to schedule enough time for your Schilthorn visit. Please inform us about your schedule 24 hours before the event. Choice of menu and beverages Please send us your group menu and beverage choice 14 days before the event. Special requests Are there any vegetarians in your group or participants with food allergies? Do you have any special requests? Please let us know! Children We want our small guests to enjoy their visit too. That s why we serve child-sized portions of the chosen menu. A special children s menu is available on request. High chairs and colouring pens are also available. Contact Please contact us before a.m. or after 2.30 p.m. to discuss menu choices. Disabled guests Both the Schilthorn Cableway and the Piz Gloria revolving restaurant are wheelchair accessible. A disabled-access toilet is available. Please inform a member of staff if you have any questions or require assistance.
3 Table decoration Our basic table decoration consists of multi-language place settings and white paper napkins. You are welcome to bring along your own table decorations to give your event an individual touch. Alternatively, we would be happy to create decorations for you according to your budget. Menu cards can be printed on request for CHF 2.80 each. Please send us your company logo, a digitalised photograph or the text of your choice. Payment Payments in euro are subject to the current exchange rate. We accept all credit cards.
