10 Federation Room The Federation room is located down the far end of the main building, its impressive 100+ year old Tasmanian oak floors and white walls give the room a feeling of space and beauty. Although this room is popular with weddings and special occasion functions it gives any conference or meeting space a real sense of wow. 11 Lewis Room The Lewis room is within the main building located on the first floor, it use to act as the entrance of the school back in the early 1800 s. Today it is a intimate board room meeting space. 12 Braille Library & Boardroom The name is taken from the function of its previous use during the time the property was a school for the blind. The Braille library was a school room and storage of old braille books. It holds significant importance to the hotel history and we have recently refurbished the space to incorporate in ground heating and cooling, ceiling mounted projector and drop down screen, speakers and 60 TV in the boardroom. Both rooms can be utilised on their own or the boardroom for an overflow space.
