2 CRAFTING MEMORIES Since 1988, Great Lakes Brewing Company has stood as a touchstone for the Cleveland community and an anchor in the bustling Ohio City neighborhood. Our versatile facility offers a mix of rustic, modern, and industrial touches. Our welcoming and professional staff will delight in helping you craft memorable moments for your guests. And of course, award-winning, hand crafted beers and a delicious local, responsibly sourced menu will provide fodder for dancing, toasts, and inspired storytelling. We invite you to make your personal mark in our iconic spaces at your special event, because at Great Lakes the only thing we love more than a great beer is a great story. 3 BEER CELLAR 2516 MARKET AVENUE, CLEVELAND, OHIO Located on the lower level of our brewpub, this unique rathskeller-style room features its own bar and is the ideal area for informal cocktail hour events (full dinner service not available). Our Beer Cellar features upcycled keg hanging lights, original stone floors, and close-up views of our brewpub s fermentation tanks and small-batch barrel aging room. BOOKING BASED ON AVAILABILITY: Mondays Thursdays (not available Fridays and Saturdays) ROOM FEE: $300 covers 4 hours of service ($50 additional charge per hour) ROOM MAX ATTENDANCE: 50 people FOOD AND BEVERAGE MINIMUM: Monday Thursday: $1,000 STAFF FEE: $75 per person (minimum 2 staff members) A labor fee of $75 is assessed for every banquet staff member required for the event as determined by Great Lakes Brewing Co. (separate from 20% gratuity charge). HANDICAP ACCESSIBLITY: This room is not handicap accessible PRIVATE EVENTS BEER CELLAR

4 CONTRACT AND DEPOSITS: A signed contract and $200 deposit are required to secure the date and room for your event. Both must be received 30 days prior to your event or by the due date on the contract in order to secure the event. No exceptions. The deposit is credited to the final bill at the end of the event and the deposit is separate from the room fee. CANCELL ATION: Cancellation within 30 days of the event will result in the loss of the deposit. PAY M E N T: A valid credit card number is required to hold the reservation and is used for all contractual charges. GLBC must have a credit card on file when the contract is due to pay the balance due upon the conclusion of the function. A signed credit card authorization form is required to give GLBC permission to charge the card on file. Payment in full is required at the conclusion of the event. Direct billing is not available. Please note: Tax exempt groups must provide a state tax-exempt certificate ten business days prior to the event or county sales tax will be assessed at the time of the event and will not be reimbursed. (A) Tax & Gratuity: All events are assessed Cuyahoga County sales tax and a 20% gratuity charge. (B) Accepted Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover G R E AT L A K E S B R E W I N G C O M PA N Y P R I VAT E T O U R S : Based on availability Monday-Thursday and require 30 days notice. $40 per group of 15 people. Brewery tours involve multiple stairwells, some of which are steep and narrow, so please plan your booking accordingly. Closed toe shoes are strongly recommended. MENUS & HEADCOUNT: Pre-selected menus and tentative attendance must be submitted ten business days prior to the event. Counts cannot be reduced after this deadline. Final attendance must be submitted three business days prior to the event. If more guests attend the event than the guaranteed number, the credit card on file will be charged for extra guests at the conclusion of the event. PR O PE R T Y: GLBC is not responsible for damage or loss of any merchandise or other valuables left at any event. Clients are responsible for any damage to GLBC property. GLBC does not have space available to store personal property, equipment, or supplies belonging to the guest before or after the event. All such items must be removed from GLBC immediately following the event. VENDORS: All outside vendors must be approved by the Events Coordinator or restaurant management at least three business days prior to event. Any actions or behavior deemed inappropriate by GLBC may result in early termination of event. S M O K I N G P O L I C Y: Smoking is not permitted on GLBC property Please note: Additional food may not be brought in and food may not be taken home. CAKE FEE: Cakes and other desserts may be brought in for private events. A $75 plating fee is assessed if a cake is brought to the event. GLBC staff will cut and serve the cake. The Events Coordinator must be notified two weeks prior to the event if a cake is being brought in. DECORATIONS: Confetti, paint, permanent tape, and unauthorized decorations are not permitted. All decorations must be approved by the Events Coordinator at least two weeks prior to the event. All decorations must be cleaned and removed from the room immediately after the event. 5 BUFFET MENU Our brewpub proudly celebrates fresh, local, and responsibly sourced ingredients year-round. The same goes for our events menu, which features the delicious signature flavors of the Great Lakes region (and yes, that includes our pierogi). Each selection priced per person. Partial portions not accepted. Menu items subject to change based on seasonal & market availability. STATIONED APPETIZERS: PRETZEL BITES 5 Made locally by Zoss the Swiss Baker using our brewery s spent grain. Served with Bertman s Dortmunder Gold Lager Mustard. LOCAL CHEESE BOARD 7 Selection of cheese produced locally and throughout the Midwest. Served with crackers and an assortment of nuts. GLBC SAUSAGE PLATTER 8 Selection of locally made sausages served with Bertman s Dortmunder Gold Lager Mustard GRILLED PITA AND HUMMUS DISPLAY 5 Housemade hummus served with grilled pita. Add fresh veggies - $2. FRIED RAVIOLI 5 Made locally by Ohio City Pasta. Served with housemade marinara sauce. (B) BASED ON CONSUMPTION: Cost based on total consumption. Running tab to be paid by hosting client at conclusion of event. Drink tickets available.
