1 Rare Breed Pork: We only keep traditional rare breed pigs which are kept outdoors in large enclosures with comfortable well insulated arks. Our pigs have the best, most natural and stress free life we can possibly give them. We feed a mixture of GM free pig feed, fresh vegetables, hay, sileage and as a special treat ice-cream (Rum and Raisin is their favourite). Our pork is available by carcass weight or as individual cuts. See below for details: Individual Cuts Joints: (Boned & Rolled) - 12 /kg Shoulder (Boned & Rolled) - 10 /kg Shoulder (Bone-in) - 8 /kg (Bone-in) - 11 /kg Belly - 9 /kg Cuts: Steaks - 13 /kg Chops - 11 /kg Shoulder Steaks - 10 /kg Fillet (Tenderloin) - 16 /kg Steak - 12 /kg Pork - 10 /kg Meat Boxes The meat below is sold on carcass weight and this will depend on the age and breed available at the time of order: Whole Pig Approx /kg Butchered to your specifications (see below for ideas). Half Pig Approx /kg Our butcher will cut and pack the joints etc to suit your family size along with any special requests, for example a larger joint for a party. Generally, based on a family of four, you can choose up to three of the following options for each cut: Shoulder Steaks 1 of 6

3 Rare Breed Wiltshire Horn Lamb: The Wiltshire Horn sheep is an old native breed and is renowned for the quality, tenderness and taste of its meat. Our customers come back time and time again for this exceptional lamb and hogget. Our lamb is amongst the finest you will ever taste. Our small flock are kept completely outdoors and graze extensively, lambing in March when the new fresh grass comes through. Our lambs eat nothing but grass and are weaned naturally from their mothers at about six months old. Our Lamb and Hogget are available in meat boxes by carcass weight or as individual cuts. 5 Rare Breed Sausages (Wheat & Preservative Free) We are very passionate about our food and especially our sausages and so our rare breed sausages are made with 100% natural casings, whole prime cuts of meat and only the finest fresh ingredients, locally sourced wherever possible. Unlike most sausage makers who only use the cheap cuts of meat when making their sausages or substitute a percentage of other meats, when we make sausages we use all of the prime cuts from the animal concerned including the leg, shoulder, loin, belly and hand. This gives a beautifully balanced flavour and texture and ensures that you will keep coming back for more! Most importantly there are: NO artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives (No E Numbers) NO mechanically recovered meat or trimmings NO monosodium glutamate NO genetically modified ingredients NO rusk or breadcrumbs, just whole oats ABSOLUTELY NO nasties!! 7 Delivery / Collection Options: All of our products can be either collected directly from the farm for free, simply call us to arrange a time, or delivered by next day courier. The delivery charges quoted below are the prices we get charged by the courier. We make no money on deliveries. All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20%. The good news is that we reuse as much of our packaging materials as possible. Each of our packaging boxes holds up to 15kg of fresh meat. Each box consists of a recyclable outer box with a reuseable thermal liner. Included in your consignment is a return pouch. If you return the thermal liners to us for reuse, you will get a 4 credit towards your next order for each liner you return to us.
