And we know how to keep them happy: it all starts with the food. Our talented chefs have made a special effort to compose delicious dishes for all tastes, and you will also find a wide range of sandwiches and snacks. As always, we do our best to offer sustainable choices when it comes to the food on board. We make sure to always serve fresh, locally-produced food from carefully selected suppliers. Flip the menu over, and you ll find our shop, filled with exciting new products and classic favourites. Is there someone waiting for you at home who deserves a gift? Norwegian proudly presents our selected food supplier, Vantaa Catering Services! A family-run business centered on providing in-flight catering since 1994, with the aim of assuring the satisfaction of all passengers on board their clients airlines. Together the staff of Vantaa Catering Services bring more than 100 years of experience to the table. The company s main focus is honesty and the promise to their clients is to provide local, fresh produce. They do this by ensuring that products that are to be served in the afternoon or evening have been sourced earlier that same day, while produce for morning flights is freshly picked the previous afternoon. They also understand the importance of using local ingredients wherever possible, with some products becoming firm favourites over the years! The company has now launched its Local & Fresh range for Norwegian Air Shuttle as always, with the customer in mind. Payment for purchases on board: Please be advised that, on some flights, only credit card payments are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Dankort). Electron cards and cash cards are not accepted. Please note that if payment is made in a currency other than the flight s local currency, the total sum may be somewhat higher due to currency exchange. We only accept bills, not coins, in other currency. Any change is paid in the flight s local currency. We apologise if your first choice is not available.
