3 THEATRE EXPERIENCE Theatre & Lunch Indulge up to 30 guests for a lunch event over a movie screening or presentation using our in-house state-of-the art AV and projector system in the luxurious Salon. Together with our dedicated culinary team, our luxurious interiors of The Salon provide the ultimate venue to make your event truly unique. Minimum spend required $2,000* Available post 11:00 a.m. Extended hours of service or a change from the existing set-up will be subject to additional charges. *Prices are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes

9 TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please tick below boxes to confirm the booking: Alll event details require a lead-time of at least 14 working business days to guarantee availability. Packages are non-substitutable and non-negotiable. 50% deposit will be charged on the day the Event Agreement is signed in order to confirm the event. The remaining 50% wil be charged seven (7) days before the event. Additional charges for additional food, beverage or guests will be charged on the night of the event. A fee equaling 50% of the above listed total price inclusive of applicable taxes will be nonrefundable upon confirmation. Hôtel vagabond shall in no event be under any liability for any loss or damage including direct and indirect or consequential losses, howsoever arising which may be suffered by the Client/ Booker and/or attendees, its ultimate parent company and/or any of their subsidiaries, affiliates and/or associated companies (if any). Incidental charges for damage or loss sustained by hôtel Vagabond for the abovementioned event may be charged to Client/Booker.
