The central staircase provides a natural and dramatic core, with five unique spaces each with its own feel and personality. Whether you use the whole house or just one of the lovely rooms you will find that this is a special place with a unique atmosphere.

7 Services Belair House has many benefits for use such as a fully working and staffed kitchen, we can provide various catering packages to suit your budget and food style. Our location itself has proved to be a great asset, we are only 5 minutes from West Dulwich station and a 10 minute train ride into central London. The location is secluded and peaceful making it an ideal location to film in peace. We have parking for up to 25 vehicles with easy access for loading directly into the front of the house and round the clock shooting options.

9 Terms & Conditions Between: 1. Interguide London Ltd, Gallery Road, West Dulwich SE21 7AB Trading as Belair House Ltd (hereinafter called the Company ) 2. THE CLIENTS NAME: (hereinafter called the Client ) Date of Filming: Start time: Area of hire: Agreed hire fee: Agreed additional Deposit: Maximum number of crew: Client Address: Finish time: Whereby it is agreed as follows: 1. Definitions In this Agreement the following expressions shall have the following meanings: Premises means the premises known as Belair House, Gallery Road, West Dulwich, London SE21 7AB 2. Use of Premises The client will have use of the agreed area of the Premises on the agreed date for the period commencing at the agreed times (hereinafter called The Occupation Period ) and will not gain access to or egress from the Premises other than from the established entrance and exit point on Gallery Road SE21 7AB. 3. Clients undertakings The Client agrees and undertakes: 3.1 To pay the agreed invoice amount a week before filming commences. For an additional 500 pounds to be taken as a holding deposit for any additional cleaning, damages or over runs that occur on the day. 3.2 Not to cause any damages to the Premises and to return the Premises to their original condition and decorative order at the end of the Occupation Period, any damages to property must be made good. The Company reserves the right to make additional charges to cover the cost for any reasonable repairs deemed necessary at its sole discretion which will be taken from the deposit. 3.3 If any changes are made to the Premises (interior and exterior) by the Client, such changes must be of temporary nature only and the Premises are to be restored to their original condition at the end of the Occupation Period. 3.4 The Client shall remove at its own cost all materials brought by it to the Premises. 4. General 4.1 The client & crew are responsible for their own belongings. The premises will be happy for clients and guests to leave items to be collected the following day if agreed with management on the day of the event. All belongings must be collected within 24 hours of the filming unless agreed otherwise. 4.2 A full walk around the property with a team member from Belair House should be conducted at the start and at the end of the day, and any damages should be notified, otherwise the full cost of the repair/replacement will be taken out of the deposit / invoiced. 4.3 The location is to be left in a clean and tidy state; otherwise the cost of a professional cleaner and/or repair will be taken out of the deposit. All the rubbish should be put by the dustbin area. Rubbish that will not fit into a bag must be taken away with the client/photographer on the day of the shoot. 4.4 No smoking anywhere on the Property. Thank you.
