2 A Venue for You Social on Main is the perfect venue for your function. Boasting a central location in Bryanston, Johannesburg we offer the very best in style, quality and value. Our Social Consultants are dedicated to making the event planning process easier handling all elements of your party from food and drink options to venue décor and bespoke entertainment. We re not quite a bar and not quite a resturant but a happy mix of the two! Open 7 days a week from 12pm until 1am, we start off as a relaxed resturant for lunch and move towards a more party atmosphere towards the evening after dinner service and sundowners. We are all about being Social with your friends, family and colleague. Our stylish and unique venue hosts parties of up to 270 guests. We have a huge outdoor terrace that has both heating for winter and cooling for summer, along with our large interior which boasts a huge bar and split mezzanine level named the canteen with separate bar. Our industrial styled custom interior really adds style to any function. Food & drinks can be ordered and served anywhere in our venue and we serve our food until late to ensure rumbing tummies are kept at bay! Whether it s a sit down meal to indulge or drinks and nibbles we have a menu to cater for you. 3 Types of Parties End of Year Parties The best party of the year! We offer a simple table booking to the entire venue booked just for you and your collegaues. By having food with us we can book you space to have a fab party. Either for bowl food or a full sit down meal. Bookings are already in full swing so get in touch now if your looking for a specific date! Seating times are opening to 5pm and 5.30pm to close but let us know if your party needs longer and we ll see what we can do for you! Venue or Section Hires This option is common for larger parties, from corporate functions like end of year parties, product launches and company annervesaries to personal parites like large birthday parties, enagement parties and family reuinons we ve got you covered. As a gudience you can look to these options with guests numbers 50. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner A sit down meal where all guests are seated and dining with us. The table maybe one long one or split tables next to each other, but you will be advised of this when your making the booking. Drinks & Nibbles Areas A relaxed cocktail party style with a mixture of seating and standing for your party to mingle freely with each other. Unless otherwise discussed we aim to seat at least half of the group with standing room for the remaining guests.

4 Types of Food Snacks, Small Plates & Sharing Boards We have a large selction of snacks, small plates and sharing boards availible from our a la carte menu. The sharing boards are designed for nibbles for 3 but can be shared with as many or little as you like. Small plates are like starters or tapas where you can order a few to get a great range of taste and flavours for the party. We also offer snacks such as unquily flvoured popcorn, mixed nuts and biltong which are great to have on tables for arrival for the guests that are ontime! Bowl Food In addion to the above, for larger functions we can also offer bowl food for the more casual, cocktail style party. The best way to describe our Bowl Food is a walking individually served Hot Fork Buffet. They are an easy to eat, full of flavour individually garnished meal served in a rice bowl, sharing board or galvanised bucket with a folk. The bowl food are walked around by our fantastic waiting staff to your guests so they get their very own portion and do not have to line-up for food. We recommend a minimum of 4 bowl food portions per person to ensure no rumbling tummies and this option must be ordered in advance. Sit Down Meal The sit down meal is offered as either a la carte or a set 2/3 course meal. The meal typically made on the day to order and is served at the table by our waiters so no preorder is neccesary. Each party member has seating guaranteed and, where possible, we try to accommodate you on one table. This more formal option is great for end of year parties and parties of mixed ages.

5 Food & Drinks Menus Food Menu: We have a fabulous choice of fresh made from scratch food that runs from 12pm- 10pm daily. Our sassy food menu is based on a gourmet street food style with all the latest yummy food trends and tastes. Our relaxed menu covers lunch, dinner and sharing nibbles - from our hot sandwiches, small plates to share like tapas, to gourmet burgers and super healthy flat breads; we've got you covered! As we make everything from scratch we can cater to even the fussiest of eaters so let us know if there is a special dietary requirement in advance so we can make a plan! 8 Drink Packages Bar Tabs: Bar tabs are a prepaid amount that counts down as food and drink items are ordered. This popular option can be restricted to only allow certain items, normally restricting premium spirits or bottles which makes the tab go further. Your tab can be as open or restricted as you d like, with updates on remaining amounts throughout your event you can decide to open it up or restrict further as your event is happening. Bar tabs can be topped up on the day. Drinks Vouchers: Available with advance notice, we can ensure all guests are able to have there allocated share of drinks money. When guests arrive at different times it can mean that the early arrival guests gets more drinks than the later arrival guests. When on a tighter drinks budget this can result in no drinks available for the later guests. By having drinks vouchers, which can be made bespoke for your event and theme, you can ensure that the set allocation of drinks is actually had by everyone rather than a select few. Table Drinks: Ordering drinks for the table is one of the best options when your budget is tight. Guests can help themselves at their own pace and when the items are gone they can either be topped up or cash bar for any further drinks. This is normally the best option for relaxed birthday parties. 9 Have a Social Unique Party Here at Social on Main we have a few extra special options for your party. Below are a few options that we can offer which you wont find anywhere else! Celebration Shot Cakes Coming straight out of London UK, its two tiers of shots made to look like a cake with extra touches such as sparklers, whipped cream and sprinkles! They are a Facebook profile pic moment and a way of celebrating a big occasion with your guests. Not everyone will eat cakes but everyone (generally) will have a shot so no waste of money. Ranging from R20 to R25 per shot in a variety of flavours for your party. Mixology Masterclass Ever seen Tom Cruise in Cocktail and wanted to be him? This is your opportunity to learn to twist, twirl and shake up a storm. We ll provide the mixologist who will whip you all into a lean, mean, cocktail making machine. This 2 hour package includes three delicious cocktails to make and enjoy each, as well as 2 sharing platters for every 10 guests. Based on a min of 10 people, all this can be yours from R250 per person. Craft Beer, Gin or Chocolate & Wine Tasting Sessions With our huge range try a tasting session for yourself, whether your up for trying and learning about Craft Beer, the world of Gin or the heavenly world of chocolate and wine pairing we have the course and tastes for you. 10 The Extra Mile We re all about giving you bang for you buck so let us know if there is anything additional we can do to make your party fantastic and we ll quote and organise it. To book this type of party please do not hesitate to call us on or on info@socialonmain.co.za Bookings are restricted and therefore limited on the busier days so please bear this in mind. To secure your booking we just need some details from you! For larger party bookings we typically take a deposit that is returned to you either on the night to use on food and drink purchases or via EFT after the event.
